DO NOT. JUST DON'T. Zero stars actually. Delivery order was totally botched. It was assigned as a door dash delivery and never arrived, then eventually was canceled by door dash. Store said it was on its way, meanwhile ETA timer went down and up and down and shockingly up again. Store stopped answering their phone almost an hour before they were supposed to close. Have not been issued a refund.

New location has never gotten their act together. Complete chaos in the ordering queue and in the kitchen. Staff flitting from make table, to register, to cooler, to oven, to cleaning the floor, etc sporadic or scant progress on any front. Tiny lobby was overflowing with customers either waiting an hour or more for pizza or giving up and cancelling orders.

I ordered a pizza online from them for around $35. They use doordash for delivery, and I was getting text message updates about my pizza. I got a message that the driver couldn't find my apartment location, and I was given a number to call, and the message said that it belonged to the doordasher. I called 2x no answer. I texted, no answer. I called the store 4x no answer. I tried the dasher again call and text no answer. I called the store 3 more time before I said F it and drove to the store to explain what happened. When I got there there was another customer leaving and he had the EXACT SAME ISSUE. The ONLY reason the service gets 2 stars is because they gave us a refund without issue. Last time I ordered the app didn't save my address and it changed my delivery order to carryout. I'm absolutely done with Pizza Hut.

Ordered twice from here since the new location opened. Once pick up once delivery. Food was perfect loaded with toppings and sauce and the bread sticks were fresh n soft n hott. The delivery driver a younger African American male was very polite and laid back and was appreciative of his generous tip. If you order delivery you gotta tip good, good service costs money. Great place.

This was the worst pizza take-out experience we’ve ever had. We ordered online for a carry out and received an email confirmation that it would be ready at a certain time. We waited at the location for 20 extra minutes just for them to tell us that they hadn’t even started on our order. We understand that it may take extra time, but the workers were confused, disorganized, and highly unprofessional. The work place atmosphere was chaotic, and there was no sanitary precautions - no hair nets or masks. We ended up canceling our order and wasting half an hour.I feel bad for the workers who are working under such a disorganized system. Pizza Hut, please take responsibility for both your employees and customers.

Food arrived two hours late, pepperoni pizza had mushrooms on it, breadsticks were bland and tough, and the delivery driver literally RAN AWAY when we got our food. The pizza was definitely not worth the wait. The restaurant would not answer any phone calls regarding the whereabouts of our order. I’m not one to leave many reviews, but this was BAD.
