The place was practically empty however we only saw our waitress one time after we ordered and had our food delivered by the kitchen staff. I ordered a fajita salad and it was gross. No cheese or flavor and the meat was dry. My family orders were “meh” according to them. The waitress came by ten minutes after the food was delivered and by then I just ate it because I was really hungry. The “table guac” was not made at the table and tasted like it had more onions than avocados. My son’s drink was empty when the food was delivered and I had to give him my water since nobody checked on us. We also waited over 10 minutes for the check until my husband started walking around the place looking for it. It was dead in there and they could not get it right. I used to love this place years ago and would come at least twice a week. As we were walking out the staff was all sitting around just joking around. It’s really gone downhill. I’ll never return.

If I can put a zero I would horrible customer service very racist towards African-Americans they sat down three Caucasian families on one side and treated them like royalty and still hadn't even came to got our drinks then when we said something to the waiter not once but twice and asked for a supervisor they laughed and said you can call corporate we understand it's fine, I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever come to this restaurant if not everyone can be treated equally. This is disgusting and disturbing that you would even have service like this. Corporate will be aware of this.....

We frequently come to this restaurant and usually have a great experience, however, when we went tonight it was different. Different in the way that after our waiter took our order, we never saw him again until he brought the check. He never came back to check to see how the food was, ask if we needed extra napkins or if we wanted refills on our drinks. Our food tasted good, not great and the restaurant wasn't busy or too loud, but we were very disappointed in the service. Hopefully it will be better the next time we go and if not, we'll find another Mexican restaurant to start going to.

Food 10/10. Ambiance 10/10. Service…WTF? Told someone new to the area I’d treat them to them best Mexican food in YC. Dude. I’m a server of 6 years. I get it. Place was dead. Server took our order. Didn’t come back until she dropped the check. No plates. Had to use the foil from the fajitas as a plate. Got the table side guac (delish, tipped $5) but they never brought more chips?!? Had to flag down the manager for chips for the guac. Tipped 20% (for lame service) and asked server for a to go cup for drink. She never brought it (waited 10 min. I timed it). Flagged down different manager for cup. Food is AMAZING but server wouldn’t know cuz she never came back. I have the receipt to show date/time. I’ve been doing this for years…I know how it works. Was truly embarrassed that I had to make excuses to my guest about the service. Server was rude the two seconds she did come to the table. Prolly not going to come back again.
