Horrible… my daughters cheeseburger looks like someone took a bite! We had to trash everyone’s food!
Downloaded the app, placed my order, and paid. Pulled into pickup stall and was told they “are unable to process ANY orders.” When I explained I had paid on the app, they said I had to call the 1-800 number?? No apology or explanation and I had to wait on hold 15 minutes to ask for credit and 7-10 business day wait for refund????? LOUSY SERVICE!
Worst sonic ever. Cold cheese burgers, wrong side orders, and old, gritty ice cream.
