I shop at several grocery stores and seafood markets in Newport News va. Lately and I mean for at least 2 years I have noticed a decline in the quality and flavor of Ribeye steaks. I tried the high end stores Harris teeter and farm fresh in Poquoson Aldi, Kroger, on line and even joined a wholesale club but wasn't pleased with any of them. More organized. My only thing is, the customer service representatives do not like to answer the phone. I was told I would be fully refunded for a product I brought from the store, and I was only refunded half of my full purchase. Tried to call, and no answer several times. So they don't like answering their store phones...

For the most part this store is good, they added more self checkouts and it's pretty clean and the restrooms as well. I just have one issue with this location. The website is not accurate when saying an item is in stock. I've wasted my time and gas coming here multiple times because it says item is in stock and when I get there it's not and the shelf is empty.
