So today I experienced some major racial discrimination at Walmart. No, I'm not black, I'm white. As a matter of fact I'm a middle aged white man. I'm not racist, in fact my family is quite diverse, not that it should matter. Today I was snubbed by several black employees at Walmart. I stood at the deli counter as the black employees served black customers that came up after me. The black cashier disappeared without a word after she finished checking out the black customers before me. And there were other incidents as well. All I have to say is wow, what disgusting behavior. Shameful! Keep your Walmart, if I have to pay more to be treated with respect then I guess that's what it's come down to. Walmart can't see me but just know I'm flipping them the bird!

For the most part this store is good, they added more self checkouts and it's pretty clean and the restrooms as well. I just have one issue with this location. The website is not accurate when saying an item is in stock. I've wasted my time and gas coming here multiple times because it says item is in stock and when I get there it's not and the shelf is empty. Also I've wasted my time again trying to get my car serviced at their auto center it's always they are out stock on the part they need to work on my car, it's frustrating to say the least.

I shop at several grocery stores and seafood markets in Newport News va. Lately and I mean for at least 2 years I have noticed a decline in the quality and flavor of Ribeye steaks. I tried the high end stores Harris teeter and farm fresh in Poquoson Aldi, Kroger, on line and even joined a wholesale club but wasn't pleased with any of them. Then I started seeing the only way to a good steak is to buy usda prime. I did from Sam's club but it wasn't really flavored like I had hoped for, 37.00 dollars for 2 small steaks is a lot for me. Then someone said they liked Walmart prime cuts. Although I make my Walmart run religiously every month I definitely don't buy meat from there. I believe in getting chicken from a farmers market, seafood from a seafood market ect ect. Well that was until last week when I made an exception. I figured what the hay? I got a decent size Ribeye for about 15 bucks. I pan fried it on the stove last night with garlic, fresh rosemary and butter medium, it was so tender and juicy and tasted really good. In fact its the best steak I've had in a very long time including a sit down meal in a steak house. I was shocked!!! but very pleased. WAY TO GO WALMART!!!

Lazy lazy lazy workers at the customer service desk.Came to pick up an order.Told no , we need to drive around the store then call the number someone will bring it out to the car.Drove to the spot, called number. It's BUSY!Called again. NO answer!WTH?Walked in again. Told to download the app and then request it that way.Forget it. Pass!

I personally choose to avoid this Walmart because each time I go here it's always a disaster. The shelves are rarely stocked, typically dirty, always long lines, and not so friendly staff. Customer service here is crazy with returns, but when I went to a different Walmart they easily returned and refunded my items. Would be much easier to shop at this Walmart if they'd open more lanes because waiting in excessively long lines is just not ideal.

The worst Walmart that I've ever dealt with and I used to have to deal with the Walmart in Hartford, CT. Every time I come to this store, I realize how much I hate Walmart. Why am I waiting 45 minutes for someone to come with my drive up pickup order? Every time! No other company is this inept at operations. Do better Walmart!

More organized. My only thing is, the customer service representatives do not like to answer the phone. I was told I would be fully refunded for a product I brought from the store, and I was only refunded half of my full purchase. Tried to call, and no answer several times. So they don't like answering their store phones...

I got up at 6AM to arrive before Walmart auto opened, I needed two tires. I was told when I signed in I was in second place for tires but I was third. I was there from 7AM til after 10AM. As I watched it seemed like the mech spent more time on the computer than changing my tires.From the time he started on my car it took him about an hour just th change two tires. When the job was done and he pulled my car outside he found one of the tires was going flat. He didn't make sure the tire was properly sealed. MORE TIME to put it back in the garage and fix it properly.They apologized and told me they were short handed but that should not become the customer's problem, they need to hire.unless you have hours to waste don't go to any Walmart for auto service.

This Walmart here is one go-to spot for my girlfriend and I. We've been going curbside service for almost a year going back to when I contracted COVID last year. This method really beats the frustration of standing in a long line and passing fellow customers, especially during the pandemic. It's safer for the both of us and they're able to deliver our groceries to our car. Mostly, we pick them up on Sunday afternoons to start the week. We check in with the Walmart app and they come to the vehicle within minutes. But there have been a few hiccups with orders from time to time.Besides not having some items (not all their fault), sometimes I wonder if their employees do everything nearly 100%. For example, my girlfriend ordered 4 regular potatoes that we bake for dinner and they gave her 8. I always order 4 bananas that I eat every morning and they would pack up to 10. Now thankfully nothing is charged extra. However, on our recent visit, I ordered 2 pounds of ground beef and what do I see? Slightly brown ground beef that doesn't exactly look pink. My girlfriend ordered a pound of beef and it was very pink. So I was very disappointed. Luckily, the app allows you to request for a refund and they were very quick to do so.Does all of that say don't go here anymore? No. Again, this method has worked out well for both of us. And if they don't have what you ordered, it all gets refunded back to you with no problems. As always, they'll see us for curbside service.
