We have been to this location several times and enjoyed it very much last night, however ,the service definitely missed the mark. I called first to be sure they were open as there have been several times they were supposed to be open and we have arrived only to find it closed. We walk in and tell him we have a party of 6 there is only one other group in the restaurant at this time and their chef was already cooking. He says let me see if we can do that ?!? Comes back sits us down...
Delicious hibachi, impressive chefs, and good wait staff. Couldn't ask for a better hibachi experience. My family has dined here several times & the 5 stars are consistent.
The food here is amazing. Everything has a ton of flavor and is unique. One of the best, if not the best, tepanyaki restaurants in Hampton Roads. The service was great and everyone was friendly and attentive. We will be coming back here every time we are in Hampton.
