I was very hoping that the bag from window girl head will not be mine with my food inside. On the end of my waiting I was not sure which bag was mine because they move over my vision. Stopped by for a take out order made inside. Everything was clean and the girl taking the order was great. The medium roast beef sandwiches were heavy on the beef and tasted great. No problem stopping here again!!

Service is fairly quick. Staff was friendly in the drive-thru. I had to pull up while my potato cakes were being cooked. When I received them, they were still stuck together, frozen in the middle where they were stuck against each other. Seems like a small oversight, but it was an order of 2 cakes so to have both be frozen in the middle is disappointing. Rest of the order was great.

Order a super roast beef meal 2 Regular roast beef. And a Cheddar roast beef meal. The roast beef on 3 sandwiches was cooked the way they always are. The super on the other hand was raw. Took it to the counter showed the young lady that it was raw she said omg let me get the Manager. He proceeded to tell me that it was not raw that’s the way they did their roast beef and I said no I have three other sandwiches that are cooked. The woman in the back said let me put it in the microwave and cook the roast beef a little more and he turned around and said to her no there’s nothing wrong with this roast beef. He proceeded to take the sandwich and throw it in the trash. Did not replace my sandwich or give me my money back. The manager not such a nice guy. They sell raw roast beef and expect people to eat it and not say anything will never stop there again. Called Customer service while standing in their restaurant and all she said was she will file a complaint.

Look I just want to state that my family and I are homeless and living out of our car. We go to the drive through to pick up an online order. 1st thing that happened was when the guy handed my wife one of the sodas, the lid was not on right and the soda spilled down her sweater sleeve. I know accidents happen and all but 2nd we get our shakes but not the size we payed for because they didn't have it. So we ended up getting compt with a smaller size which I don't understand how that's our fault but what ever. 3rd our food was cold! 😔 Times are rough and our money is scarce. Our problem but we definitely have choice of where to spend and we where not impressed at all. We didn't even get anything complementary just a wet sleeve, over paid shakes, and cold food.
