I like Arby's. There was a slight issue but when mentioned they went back and fixed it immediately. Every place makes mistakes, I can appreciate one that quickly corrects any issues that arise
Stopped by for a take out order made inside. Everything was clean and the girl taking the order was great. The medium roast beef sandwiches were heavy on the beef and tasted great. No problem stopping here again!!
Service is fairly quick. Staff was friendly in the drive-thru. I had to pull up while my potato cakes were being cooked. When I received them, they were still stuck together, frozen in the middle where they were stuck against each other. Seems like a small oversight, but it was an order of 2 cakes so to have both be frozen in the middle is disappointing. Rest of the order was great.
