The management changed hands a few months ago, and it hasn't been the same since. Never seen them try so hard to make sure everyone is properly accommodated!
I don't know why there's so many bad reviews for this location. I ordered carry out from there last night and it was hot and ready when I got there, and Jeremy at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful despite being very busy. Will definitely continue to order from here.
