This restaurant was across the hotel where we stayed. We were seated right away (went at about 9am). I had the usual, pancakes, bacon and scrambled eggs. It was good but the eggs were cold but edible. My daughter had the fajitas with pancakes. She enjoyed it. The waitress, Diana, was really friendly. It was a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
It’s an IHOP, you should know what you’re getting into by now.
After a long day, we arrived after 11PM. Hostess was practically running the place and was very pleasant, I am ashamed to have forgotten her name. Food was great, honestly the best I have ever had from an IHOP. A surprisingly good end to our day.
Had the Blueberry pancakes with Blueberries and blueberry syrup. Very good but definitely needed butter. Never got any!
Food is what you expect. Customer Service can use some work & retraining. They just are very understaffed. So if you get a to-go order, don't show up till 30 minutes later at minimum.
Food was good, service was very slow. We did not get our drinks refilled even after we asked. We sat for over 30 mins waiting for our check so we could pay.
Eh, it was IHOP
Savannah H. Provided excellent, quick, and friendly service. She was always smiling when she came to our table. She made sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed. The food was excellent! Fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean as well!

they got my order all wrong.
Service was slow... coffee was like water. Asked for a new cup and it was no better.
Waitress and staff was very polite and Courteous.
Great food and service!
The food is always good at IHOP and the staff are always helpful and accommodating. This time, we visited a day after a snow storm with most parking lots still dealing with some packed snow and ice. We parked in a handicap space for our disabled son and his 350# motorized wheelchair. The snow and ice was only a minor inconvenience to get to the front door. But, when we left after eating, the area from the front door to the ramp of our van had been completely cleared of any remaining ice and snow. That's paying attention to your customers' needs. It will keep me going back.
