The service was wonderful. My server was always on point and polite and always made sure I was well taken care of. First I had the garlic bread was pretty decent. The marinara sauce enhanced the garlic bread. Second I had the pizza with the prosciutto and parmigiana cheese and arugula was divine. It was well done and had such exquisite taste. Lastly I had the tiramisu. It was ok. Say it was the least favorite part of the meal. Overall the experience was really good. Will definitely come back again to try the other options available.

I just moved to the area but this was the first place I went to cuz we needed some quick pizzas for the moving peeps. Their food was incredible The girls at the front were super nice and everything was just amazing I've already gone back twice since then just because of how good it was.
Found the listing doing a Google maps search for restaurants on our road trip from Skyline Drive. There weren't many restaurants to choose from that were open on a Tuesday after 3pm. Thank goodness this restaurant was on our path! We were seated quickly and drinks came out timely. We split a plate of Chicken Parmigiana with linguine side. Yummy and fresh and hot! Fresh Coffee in huge mugs. Ordered salad with their homemade salad dressing. Salad plentiful and I ordered Chianti dressing which was very good. Husband ordered honey mustard dressing and he said it was tasty. I Couldn't resist trying the Italian rum cake and enjoyed it. Several layers of deliciousness like butter and cheesecake and chocolate mousse. . Delightful! It was very clean and pleasant. Perfect for meals for two or four and more if needed.

My husband and I came in for dinner and we had a pleasant time. We ordered the fried nacho ravioli and fried mushrooms for an appetizer. The mushrooms were fresh and the ravioli was crisp and delicious. Our meals were amazing. I got the shrimp Alfredo. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and there was enough Alfredo sauce to where it wasn't dry.

I cannot believe this place exist. Food was gross, I couldn’t finish my plate… prices were trash. This is a dollar store Italian restaurant. Will make you barf. Atmosphere is terrible. Complete lack of creativity and appeal.Parking: Park far away from this trash restaurant and go somewhere else

I LOVE these guys. They make some really great food at an affordable price. My wife and I love their pizzas.Additionally, the staff are some of the nicest and greatest. Usually, we see Elijah serving us and he's a really nics guy.Also, one time my truck's battery died on me. Faith, one of the employees there, was more than willing to help me get it started again.If you want great food and nice people, go here!Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is available to this location. Also, they'd be able to make room at tables for wheelchairs.

We love to get carry-out from Il Castello! The food is quality, delicious, and very filling. However, my family recently had a bad experience here, and I wanted to share. One evening last week, we called—at very least—six times to place an order (waiting a couple minutes between calls) and received no answer. Google said that they were open, but we assumed that they had closed early or something of the like. We ended up ordering from a restaurant in the same complex, and upon picking up our food, were surprised to see that Il Castello was actually open. I decided to go in and find out why our phone calls had gone unanswered. I spoke with the hostess (black hair; bangs; heavy makeup) and tried to gently confront her about the unanswered phone calls. To roughly quote her, she said something to the extent of, “Yeah, I didn’t pick up. It was really busy in here and everyone needed to pay their bill, so I let it ring.” Surprised, I asked if they were understaffed, to which she responded no. I left without talking to a manager or anything, as I didn’t want to make a big thing of it, but I was frustrated and wanted to share the experience here. We would have gladly held for a few minutes while she sorted things out, but we weren’t even given that option. We live 20 minutes out of town, so driving out to check wasn’t an option either. Having worked in customer service multiple times, I know it can be really overwhelming, but there is still something to be said for basic professionalism. Il Castello, y’all are great, but please talk to your staff about answering the phone; this girl lost you what would have been a 6-person order, plus appetizers. ?♀️
