Daily specials are always spot on. The baked goods are professional grade (spectacular). A lot of restaurants fold quickly when they fail to uphold quality standards. Try their food and you'll see why these folks are succeeding. We have very limited food options in Alburgh and we're lucky to have a high caliber restaurant and bakery like this among them.

VT Bake House Country Store & Restaurant is a breakfast and lunch spot with great service and food. The clean place has an awesome arcade in the back and plenty of places to sit down. The menu includes breakfast, baked goods, ice cream, sandwiches, salads, pizza, and VT souvenir goods like boves sauce, Cabot Mac and cheese, and maple products. There is also bulk candy for $9.99/lb. Food is very reasonably priced. One very nice lady was doing all the work, and staff was very apologetic and friendly. The pizza took a long time due to oven issues, but it is a fun, family-friendly spot.
