I ordered two large lattes and when I received them they were only half full and not even the actual drink that I ordered. I brought one drink back inside and they remade it, but didn’t make the drink I ordered, again. When I walked in there were 5 teenage employees laughing about how they are so busy and don’t care, and ignoring the order lines that were backing up to the road. Super unimpressed.

One of the best Dunkin' locations I've been to! Staff were extremely nice despite being busy and open on New Years Eve, and the bacon jam grilled cheese was made perfectly.

This place is a pig sty!! All tables were dirty chairs were pushed everywhere and there were SO many coffee grounds in my coffee. Let’s do better Barre VT

Place was dirty with flies flying around and landing on everything. Was there for 10 minutes and no one even came to take our order.

Laughably bad. Just ordered hash browns and the came out as a destroyed mass of limp shredded potato. Hard to imagine how you can mess up reheating frozen tater tots that badly but.

The first time I went, I ordered chai oat milk and said I cant have regular milk i have an allergy. when they brought it up to me I said “oat milk right” and they took my drink and said “no sorry” and redid it. Need to take allergies more seriously.
Second time, I Ordered a hot drink, i took a sip after I left and it was luke-warm but mostly cold. Eww! Didnt even have much flavor and was a yucky temp. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for that :(
