Seriously slow service. I don't know how many people are working but todays visit is waited in the drive thru for 9 minutes after placing my order. The staff are nice and they're friendly. Just slow.

Laughably bad. Just ordered hash browns and the came out as a destroyed mass of limp shredded potato. Hard to imagine how you can mess up reheating frozen tater tots that badly but.

The first time I went, I ordered chai oat milk and said I cant have regular milk i have an allergy. when they brought it up to me I said “oat milk right” and they took my drink and said “no sorry” and redid it. Need to take allergies more seriously.
Second time, I Ordered a hot drink, i took a sip after I left and it was luke-warm but mostly cold. Eww! Didnt even have much flavor and was a yucky temp. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for that :(
