I went in this place today, and the place is filthy! The doors are so dirty they havent been cleaned in a very long time. There is a bad odor, beyond the old grease smell. The dining area is in dire need of deep cleaning. I am sure that FOOD SAFETY rules are not followed. The 3 employees outside smoking that were standing right at the doors, and the one inside scratching themselves and then touching food was too much!

I ordered a big box meal w 2 breasts and a wing as I dont eat dark meat and got a breast wing and thigh. Please teach your employees the difference in pieces. My dog enjoyed the thigh but im oit tomorrow's lunch at work. Everything else was OK. No ketchup in bag. One fork for two meals w non finger foods

Tonight my daughter and I stopped here so she could get a mashed potato bowl. The kid making it did a really good job and it was obvious he cared about his work, it was great. Also, the lady at the window was very nice and happy and just gave off a really good impression. Between those two employees we will def be coming back. Employees like those two make the business successful. I hope the managers and owners appreciate them!

Tonight I went to the Berlin KFC. Kaylee took my order she was sweet ,great personality. I dont usually go there because of the service. I understand it gets stressful but you still need to have a personality. I work in customer service.

My mom came from New York to visit me we traveled to go to shopping at Khols and get some food from Morrisville and I wanted KFC we went and I ordered the chicken sandwich bowl and ordered 10 pieces of chicken I paid 40 dollars for 10 pieces and never received my chicken by the time I ate my food we were back in morrisville

This place has had a face-lift since the last time I visited. Unfortunately, the company refuses to fix the parking lot. There is a massive pot hole right in front of the drive thru. When I pulled up to order my food, what I thought was just a puddle of water to my surprise sunk my tire over halfway into this hole. My car is low to the ground, and I was unsure if I would even be able to back out. After going to the store and reporting my frustration about the hole, I was told that there have been multiple complaints, but nothing is being done. If you like KFC and tire damage, I would recommend it.

The service and pickles were great. The floors, bathroom and food are another story. The floors were so greasy I almost fell several times trying to get to the bathroom whose floors were so greasy that the bottom hem of my pants were dingy when I left it. The oil must have been old and not recently cleaned because everything fried was dark looking and tasted of old oil. I won't be going back there again. Friendly staff and fast service.
