This is our second time staying and we had a great experience both times. The owner is really nice and accommodating. As long as you’ve read the rules on the website, there aren’t any surprises. It’sVery quiet, has nice roomy, hot showers. We were there for family weekend at Norwich and it’s an easy drive to campus.

We really enjoyed this campground. It's smallish. Very limited amenities. But beautiful and peaceful. Steve, the host, is so welcoming. The campground is well positioned to explore areas like Stowe, Montpelier, and route 100. We really enjoyed the local granite quarries, including the Rock of Ages tour. There are public hikes nearby that are beautiful and fascinating passing by old quarries.

This is a gorgeous, quiet campground. There are manicured lawns and beautiful flowers. We sat around our fire last night and didn't hear any other campers. This is our 2nd time here, and we will be back.

Lazy Lions is a small family run park, open May to October. Sites are grass/gravel and pretty level. Good water pressure and clean 50amp power. Great location for exploring central VT as everything is relatively close by (Burlington, 60mins; Montpelier 15mins; Stowe 30-35 mins). Owner is super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. We camped at Lazy Lions Campground in a Motorhome.

children are welcome but not encouraged. You'd be better off just saying its a campground for retirees.

It's a camp ground for camping. It's very quiet and up on a hill, not far from town. There is a nice Hannaford grocery store at bottom of hill.I would certainly recommend this location. They do have a few cabins. It is quiet and clean. Nice place .
It's one of our favorite places to sneak away it peaceful and neat as a pin. The owners are awesome and always happy to see us. We'll be going back again this year for sure??️

We just came back from several days at Lazy Lions. As everyone else said, it was quiet and chill and in beautiful condition. The bathrooms were spotless. it was odd though - in the four nights we were there, we never saw another camp fire, or even saw anyone else outside except for brief dog walks. While there is no road noise, also the Rock of Ages quarry is right next door and during the day, there is persistent noise that comes from there.
