I did a mobile order tonight. I asked for my fries fresh, and customized my oder through the app. The workers couldn't follow directions and messed up my order. My meal was trash and fries were cold.

Although the trash bins were overflowing, the staff remains very accommodating and respectful, making this McDonald's location a place worth visiting again. Roland stands out for his exceptional customer service, making him one of the most amazing employees here.
