This is by far the best Ramen I’ve ever had. The broth is to die for. I don’t even have the right adjectives to explain how delicious this food is. You think you’ve got all the flavors nailed down and then something else catches you. I heard this restaurant was going to close and I’m so sad because the food is just so delicious dumplings were divine. You need to go here if you haven’t.

Delicious authentic dumplings, obviously handmade- nothing like those you get that were frozen and plopped in oil. Nice owner. Check hours before going- you don’t want to get frustrated and miss out.

5 stars doesn’t do this restaurant justice. Truly amazing. It is always nice to walk into a restaurant I’ve never been to and be so impressed. I have been to a few different ramen places and have just now had true ramen. The best way to describe it is like buying a birthday cake off the shelf at a grocery store compared to having a professional baker make you one. We actually ordered a to go order as well because it’s an hr away. We will definitely be making the trip back...
