Just got told by the cashier they did not accept
Went out to get some Starbucks drinks with a friend. The red haired young lady with long nails took my order. I ordered a mocha Frappuccino and tried to order a matcha latte to which I was told “no the machines off” when I told my friend she then mobile ordered a frap and guess what. The machines magically on and they’re able to do it. The og drink I got was a mocha late since that’s all she could apparently make and it tasted horrendous.
I have visited twice and the people who have attended us have been very rude, rude, they definitely shouldn't work there

It's located in the grocery store. Sure there are areas to sit. However, with everything on the go and it being Starbucks; there's no reason to sit here honestly. Now maybe people do, but they don't offer lunch and meals (that's just not what they do).

Chains typically are not set apart from each others or themselves. They are familiar on purpose. Marketed and branded as such.

Why is this place open? I'm in the store on a weekly basis and 4 out of 5 times whatever i ask for they're out of. Today, 90 degrees and they're out of cold brew. It summer people stock or close up
Not surprised at the horrid service/personality from people who work for an overpriced+overrated coffee chain that snobs and goody two-shoes gather. My own fault for thinking I'd try out something that caught my eye. Lesson learned.

Be optimistic at best about being served after 7pm (despite having their hours posted as 8pm) and don't ever expect to be served after 7:30pm SHARP. If you don't place an online order by 7:29pm, even if you're nowhere near the store, then don't bother showing up to the store to order in person, even if you'll be there at 7:31pm. On top of that, it's entirely too common to wait 20+ minutes for your order to be made. Also expect to wait 10 minutes at an unmanned counter before an employee finally shows up to MAYBE take your order. Absolute trash service.

This has got to be the worst Starbucks location in the whole state. When they are open, they take an eternity to complete orders. However, they almost always seem to have no employees within a half hour of closing, and they frequently just ignore customers in line before lying and saying they’re closed early. Frustrating experience almost every time I make the mistake of coming here!

Despite being the only one in line and seven employees milling around the front counter, it took five minutes just for them to take my order. I had to politely smile at multiple employees while I waited, two of which weren’t doing anything.
I understand that there are usually an influx of mobile orders which take precedent, but there were employees available to take my order but just… didn’t.
My drink was made correctly and the employee who finally took my order was friendly, it was just an odd start.

Awful Starbucks location. Only two employees who can make my drink right. The guy working there is ALWAYS rude and has a horrible attitude. The app ALWAYS says they’re out of basically everything, but if you go in they have it. Management really needs to pay attention to their lazy employees shutting off the online ordering. The staff as a whole just sucks except for two people pretty much. Do better guys, your job isn’t that hard. TURN YOUR MOBILE ORDERING ON. ITS SO ANNOYING. thanks :)

There is a young girl working at the this Starbucks, and in the span of about 10 minutes of waiting for my drinks, she was very rude. Constantly giving dirty looks, telling me to meet her outside on her break to fight, calling my sister a “big back” for ordering food. This is very rude and disrespectful. Do better while hiring people Starbucks.
The app is always saying they are out of everything , how do you run a business without the product … THE WHOLE MENU IS SOLD OUT … if you are going to shut down just say that so we can stop trying to place an order .
FREAKING FIRE!! I love coffee and these guys deliver every time. There is the occasional line but I’m patient so it doesn’t affect the experience. Get the brown sugar shaken espresso it’s so good I literally levitate.
This isn't even a concept of the idea of Starbucks. The logos are all around. The coffee is in a carafe on the service counter. It's not fresh. If you're offered a pour over for your particular roast of coffee, TAKE IT. It's the only representation of the brand for miles. Does not match in quality the upgraded interior and rebranding of the Price Chopper it's in.
