Tuffle oil abit to strong with cheese on fry's And Garlic is on everthing Garlic is good but only in small amounts when seasoning foods Everyone don't like to ware it Should be more of and option or choice in butter Just my opinion We been there 4 or 5 time and the menu is getting smaller and smaller and for the price its questionable But food was cooked properly and was very tender Desert was the best part of the whole meal

Service was incredible. Drinks were unique and tasty. Most of the food was absolutely outstanding. Lamb shank could use some work. Rather bland. Dessert was out of this world. Would recommend! Perfect for date night.

Fantastic place! We had Saturday brunch with our kids and the service was impeccable, from the moment we stepped in until we left. Food was amazing as well, and the location on the water is beautiful.

Everything was excellent! The food and service you couldn't ask for better. Every time you turned around someone different was at your table checking on you or clearing your table. Everyone there working seemed to enjoy themselves which is important to see. This was our first visit and we will be back when it is warmer so we can enjoy the patio.

disappointed

Our waitress was absolutely horrible! The only reason we got any service was because the manager was attentive. The seafood gumbo was disgusting, fishy and had no resemblance to gumbo. The lakeside salad, which was supposed to be a basic salad, had more kale ?, than lettuce.

This place is absolutely beautiful! The food was delicious for the most part. My wedge salad had bacon on it and it was extremely tough and difficult to chew. The appetizer of shrimp cocktail had 3 shrimp... hardly enough to share. Our biggest issue was with the service. We spent most of our meal without being offered refills on water. We were there for almost 2 hours and received one refill. We were seating in almost a hallway with 2 other tables. Our waiter had all 3 so there was little staff traffic to stop someone and ask; however in a restaurant of this caliber and expense I shouldn't have to flag someone down to get water. When we were finished and our plates cleared we waited 25 minutes before we got our check. I had to go find our waiter and ask. Overall the service is severely lacking in comparison to other restaurants of this caliber.

The Hill Family Wine dinner was amazing. The food was excellent and wine pairing was perfect. Kudos to all the staff that made this dinner possible. Extra kudos to the chef for such outstanding food. The presentation was gorgeous and combination of spices and flavors were intricately matched.

This was an amazing experience for my girlfriend and I! It was for her birthday and it was our first time eating there! The presentation of the food and beverages was astonishing! Everyone that worked there was nice! I recommend this to anybody for a first experience! You will not be disappointed! ??

We had a table for two in a more quiet section of the restaurant on the enclosed patio. We had the shrimp cocktail which was pretty good. You only get four shrimp instead of your typical six. There was a cocktail sauce that was decent. The better sauce was an aïoli which we really liked. we actually both ordered the drift signature which is an 8 ounce fillet, mignon, topped with garlic butter, and a small crabcake served with roasted asparagus. This is one of the best steaks I've had in a long time. It was perfectly medium rare. Our appetizer came out very quickly. Our entrées took some time however, we didn't even notice because we were having a conversation. The manager actually came through and apologized to us on the length of time that it was taking and we had not even complained. I really appreciated that extra effort. Overall, I would say it was a great experience and I would go there again. It is a little pricey, so it will be more for special events than just your every day dining.

My family and I took my boyfriend to celebrate his upcoming 34th Birthday. We had an amazing experience from our server to her assistant, to the amazing food. I had the fillet, and it was amazing. Everyone else had prime rib, and they were all extremely satisfied as well. The sides and salads that were ordered were delicious as well. This was my third time here, and we will definitely be back again!

We had such a wonderful experience. The entire staff was very nice. Hannah our server was absolutely fabulous. She was so friendly and energetic which made our experience that much better! The prime rib and filet mignon were perfectly cooked and tasty. We will be back in the summer time where we can enjoy the lake view!

We loved the experience! Service was good , just what you would expect in an upscale restaurant. Food was very good and nicely presented. Parking lot is not big enough . Dining room was quite noisy , but everyone was enjoying their evening! Will definitely return!

Me and 7 of my friends reserved a table for 6:00, which we arrived early ( I'm thinking about 5:30) which was no problem they still had our table ready. Our server was Hannah which was amazing! She was very attentive remembered our order making sure everything was tasting good. The only glitch was getting my mom a plate. But no one is perfect, everything was great we had a good time Hannah had a great personality! I'll give it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️we will come back.

The food was great. We had the Mahi Mahi, ribeye, pork chop, corn, mashed potatoes and spinach mac and cheese. Add in a few cocktails and beers for a great meal overall. If you are looking for chicken it is not on the menu. We spent a lot of money, but for an occasional visit, it was very good.

Drift just keeps getting better. We enjoyed seeing our veteran server, Brittany. She was attentive and responsive. The martinis are among the best in Charlotte though I wish they would get Belvedere vodka. Our black & bleu filet appetizer was outstanding. Lobster bisque is fantastic, but it would be even better with just a touch of sweetness. Bone-in pork chop and sea bass were both delicious. The wine list has expanded and includes both approachable, affordable wines and luxury, high-end choices. Drift has surpassed the one or two other fine dining choices in Gaston County and taken its place among date night restaurants in Charlotte. Best of all, it's only 10 minutes from home. Well done!
