Staff here ate bizarre. I did a mobile order so I did not want orneed a receipt. One of the burger queens was screaming demanding I back up and take it. Absolutely inappropriate and uncalled for.

We were in the drive through line waiting for the guy to take our order. He not only over looked once but did it again another time . We were going to spending a lot of money there. BUT not tonight , instead we went to McDonald’s .

The past three times my order has been wrong I order the bacon king today and I asked no ketchup and got no ketchup AND no bacon idk how no ketchup equals no bacon id understand if it was busy but it was absolutely dead

Was not great when they opened, was hoping that they would figure it out after being open for a bit.. I understand making a mistake on an order once in a while, but out of the 3 to 4 times I've been here something is wrong. Whether the burgers aren't properly cooked, such as cold dry cooked patties with cold unmelted cheese or that the order is just wrong. This final time, I ordered a Bacon King and received a "Bacon King" with no bacon and an absurd amount of mayonnaise on it. Almost feels intentional, but at least the burger was actually cooked this time..

The worker Erin which I think is manager is super rude. And the door dash “bag” rule is honestly so ridiculous.

I was doing a DoorDash pick up and when I walked in all the employees were all in one little circle I was standing there for like 3 minutes when one the employees or the boss was looking at me when back to talking it wasn’t a meeting or anything they we’re on their phones showing each other stuff and when they decided to stop hanging out it was like 15 minutes in when the employee handed me the order
At 8pm tonight there was one young worker who worked the front counter and was getting yelled at by another worker. This young worker did a great job managing stress and not crying during stressful times. Their customer service deserves an award. Requesting a break shouldn’t make you get yelled at. There were many other workers behind that counter. Although it was a busy time, team work makes the dream work. I’d just say work on team management skills and professionalism.
