Felt rushed! To ask guests who have sat for less than minute if they are ready for a drink order is okay because yes some people know right away but other people might need more time.....but to immediately ask right after getting drink order if you know what you want to eat is ridiculous ummm give people time to look at the menu. The bartender doesn't even know what liquor she has in house and she is not pleasant at all. Didn't introduce herself just said can I start you with drinks then after that do you know what you want. Returned with drinks and still rushed us for order so I put a appetizer in. Stop rushing people! Ummm first off can we read the menu! Second you want to make money by turning and burning a table at least have some personality or just give customers a few more minutes, there is a big difference between being efficient and being pushy and rude. Third you work in a restaurant with a ridiculous amount of support staff and do very little work so you should try putting a little more effort into personality and customer service because your dragging everyone down! I'd hate having to pool tips with a server/bartender that is like that.
This restaurant needs better management. I ordered a chicken sandwich w/fries. It was horrible, not edible. The frying oil needed changing, the chicken was so fried I couldn’t bite into it. This Chilis needs to close.
