have never been impressed or had a good experience here. i show up less than an hour after the bogo literally talking all day about it and waiting for work to end, because like majority of the bennington population i work a 9-5. i get there and get told no, even with asking for a small discount they say no. this is my second time going, my first time going i had found a hair in the rice and everything was cold. the one good person there is the smiley (who i assume is a manager) guy. shout out to him or that place would probably be serving hairy rice in every bowl. learned my lesson, if i plan on eating, don’t go there 😰

We were so horrified by how dirty this place was that we left. There was literally scraps of old food scattered across every counter in the serving “bar” and in the back. I wish I would have taken a photo. It did not bode well for the food being well handled. The staff should be ashamed.

Got food from DoorDash. The “burrito with no wrap” bowl was about 1/2 full. Barely any black beans. The chips have barely ANY salt and virtually NO lime. The Guac was CLEARLY half fresh and HALF OLD. No more chipotle for me. The avocado pit is the only place I’ll ever order from in the future.

Dhwani is truly a treasure. She remained incredibly kind and patient, even when I wasn’t at my best. She is clearly an extremely hard worker—moving seamlessly from assembly, to salting the front, to helping in the back, and then to the register in a very short period of time. Every time I needed something, she was there with a genuine smile and a willingness to help. Management, you’ve got a real keeper. I work in hospitality management myself, and Dhwani is exactly the type of person I look for when hiring.

Stopped in for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. Younger guy at the counter, black facial hair (can’t remember his name) was one of, if not the most efficient person I’ve seen working at a fast foot restaurant, ever. I was in out with 2 well made burritos in 5 mins or so. Very friendly environment. Will be back!

Food is great. I buy one taco with the toppings on the side. The rice and corn and a little bit of cheese. $4 is a super deal. Yes you can buy a bowl using the same method for $10 and feed 2
