The manager kept yelling at the employees and was really nasty to them, very uncomfortable. Why does the owner allow this behavior that everyone has complained about?

Honestly. I ordered an XL hot French vanilla hot coffee((they gave me a regular coffee with 6 creams and 6 sugars) they forgot my iced mocha ((had to walk inside and they put it on the pick up order when the sticker said drive thru)) and a small iced coffee French vanilla ((they gave me a small hot coffee regular)) if your not going to listen to your customers order you shouldn't be on the window. I had walked inside ((not busy at all)) no one was around to help me at the counter.. I payed 22 dollars for 2 donuts 1 bacon egg and cheese bagel and 3 drinks...I for sure will never go to this dunkin ever again

Sadly the Dunkin' here is in bad shape: always seems to have staffing issues, out of products and the rest rooms are not clean with broken fixtures. Nice to have food and bathrooms accessible at a charging location - but in this case, I've given up and just stay with the vehicle.

Refused to serve any food. Ordered two hot chocolates for my wife and daughter. They tasted so bad that they had to throw those out after one sip. The staffs were rude as hell. Very inconvenient for the Tesla supercharger usesrs in the lot as it is the only place to wait while ev is charging.

Pretty decent service inside, only had 3 or 4 employees working so the key is patience here. You will get your order but it might not be as fast as you'd like. No places really to sit inside, it looks as though maybe renovations of some sort started then stopped. The womans bathroom door handle is a bit messed up and broken but still usable.
Save yourself and go someplace else. Don't waste your money here please.

What a complete mass. I’m from Massachusetts and I was doing work here in Vermont and I stopped by this Dunkin and they’re just so out of order. There was a woman waiting for her drink for about 20 minutes when the store was basically empty, and the employees are just messing around. I came here on July 27 In the Afternoon.
