Several days in a row, I walk in at 5 o’clock and get ignored for 10 minutes while the clerks all race around madly, serving the drive-through window. Customers don’t know where to stand on line. Watch order after order get served at the drive-through window while we’re being ignored. So then the customer start walking out of the store. The appropriate thing to say is “we will be with you in a few minutes. Sorry for the delay.” And they need to treat the in-store customers better, not like second class citizens.

Horrible service. Been in drive thru for over 30 minutes and o way to bypass.. giving order the person had to be told 3x and still sounded confused. Avoid this one folks.

It’s so bad and poorly done . A person with special needs had to of made my food. It’s messed up so much I’d be surprised if the person doesn’t have some type of disability.

This place is terrible. I’ve lived in the area for a whopping 3 months and my co-workers go at least once a week. The only thing they are reliable on is the DoorDash orders. Every time I’ve been through the drive through my food is either wrong or burned. It’s at least 20 minutes to get your food and at that point you’d be better off sitting at a restaurant for decent food. The most recent time I ordered on the app over an hour in advance and when I went to pick it up they were out of stock of anything I ordered. The manager didn’t offer to let me order something else or assist in any way. She just shrugged her shoulders and said there’s nothing she could do. Honestly the work ethic I’ve seen at this store is so horrendous I’d probably get better moneys worth ordering fried shark from a dead moose.

This location is so slow. There can be 3 cars in the drive thru, 5 employees inside and it takes 15 minutes to get to the speaker. The workers seem pleasant, but the service is as slow as molasses. There needs to be some sort of change in work flow inside to speed up service.
