Go for the food, not the Hibachi experience. Photos showing Hibachi grills are old and inaccurate. No Hibachi grills anymore so no fun show while cooking. Food cooked in kitchen. Chicken, shrimp Hibachi were good. Chef special Sushi very good, 2 other rolls were good. BTW, owners can remove photos by contacting Google, they just choose not to.

Tasty food, large portions, great prices. The server was honest when we asked in ordering 3 dishes for two was too much. We still have leftovers after ordering 2 mains. Hibachi chicken and chicken katsu both were amazing.

Never disappoints! Each time we go, the meals are generous portions, cooked fresh, nice quality and delicious. We normally get the hibachi steak & scallops which is to die for. But other hibachi combos are equally good. Noodles are plentiful and very tasty. Veg are good although we always wish there were more of them. Polite service, decent price as well as mouth-watering delicious....who could ask for more?!

I recently moved here from an area with many Asian and Latin food choices and have been pretty sad with this towns offerings. However. Fuji is pretty amazing! The food is always fresh, tasty and hot. The satay chicken has some incredible flavors. The gyoza is yum. The hibachi is wonderful. The Fuji pineapple rice is chefs kiss. And the salad dressing. Omg. You have to try the ginger salad dressing. I’m hooked. I don’t eat sushi so I can’t speak to the sushi but everything I have tried has been A+
