I recently moved here from an area with many Asian and Latin food choices and have been pretty sad with this towns offerings. However. Fuji is pretty amazing! The food is always fresh, tasty and hot. The satay chicken has some incredible flavors. The gyoza is yum. The hibachi is wonderful. The Fuji pineapple rice is chefs kiss. And the salad dressing. Omg. You have to try the ginger salad dressing. I’m hooked. I don’t eat sushi so I can’t speak to the sushi but everything I have tried has been A+

We are visiting Bennington and just discovered this little gem. The food is absolutely fantastic, and beautifully presented. The chef is an artist. The decor is just average, but is outshined by the food.

Stopped in during a road trip, not from the area. Service was fast, kind, and fulfilling. Fair prices and a perfect stop.

This place is now a far away cry from what it use to be. sorry to see what used to be a fine hibachi place become an over priced average sushi shop

Finding quality savory food in Vermont was challenging, but Fugi did not disappoint. The chicken udon and hibachi steak were supper flavorful and cooked very well. The portion sizes are huge and dishes are afforable. I was impressed to find all the sides, the rice stir fry and broccoli, paired with the steak tasted soo good. The friendly service definitely added to the experience. I would definitely recommend this pace for the food. Points were removed for the overall mood and vibe of the restaurant. It seemed a bit dark and heavy. The food is great, but I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a complete environmental experience as well.

Everything I've had here is delicious, and I've been eating here for years.

Their hibachi and sushi items are great.
