Rude staff wait 40 minutes for 4 burritos even with drive thru and inside being empty food cold when you get it waiting at window 30 mins of the 40 with noone coming to us then finally comes tells us they made 2 wrong and needed to remake them another 10 mins for cold food this place should be shut down disgusting makes u sick n the wait time is unbelievable

This place is a terrible joke and a waste of money and time just spent 40 minutes kid you not in the drive through waiting for 3 items to then get to the window to receive our order and just like everytime other time without a doubt our mashed potatoes have gravy on them even tho we specifically ask everytime very politely yet still adamant for just plain mashed potatoes (at this point we just know to check immediately upon receiving our food) and it’s the simplest of requests yet everytime after waiting a ridiculous amount of time in a fast food drive-through they get it wrong.

I AND THE FIANCE DROVE THERE AND GOT A BUCKET OF CHICKEN AND A FEW SIDES.. IT WAS FRESH COOKED AND DELICIOUS

HORRENDOUS! I went there on a Monday afternoon at 4pm and ordered 6 tacos, nothing complicated. No one else was in the restaurant ahead of me, the employees were just standing around talking to each other. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked for my money back. The manager told me that I had an attitude and there were 20 drive thru and internet app orders ahead of me and they get priority. Got my refund and left.
After placing a $100 order in the very dark, unable to see the sign even, drivethru, we sat in the line to pick up for 40 mins before driving over a curb to b able to get out from it

They said they were waiting on biscuits..I didn't order a biscuit. Terrible food and even worse service (well they were both pretty much the same...awful!)

The food there was amazing, I order a 16pc of tenders and a 36pc nugget and took 5 minutes for me to get my food but overall it was worth the wait. Plus they where short on staff that day. If you want some good chicken or tacos this is definitely the place if you don't mind waiting a bit. If it's busy though it gonna be a bit of a wait.

Very slow even if you’re the only person in line at 7pm at night waiting outside their drive thru window for twenty minutes just for one box of three piece chicken and two sides. The Mac and cheese tasted like plastic so who knows how long that was sitting around. The coleslaw was dry. No apology for making me wait long and if the fools didnt charge my card before making me wait for those twenty minutes I would’ve drove away after waiting five. This location should honestly be shut down seeing these ppl can’t handle it who are employed at this place..
