The food just keeps getting worse. Everything tastes terrible. I'm not sure real potatoes were even involved. Even the chicken tastes terrible now. Really sad. It used to be good fast food, now it's like extremely overpriced convenience store food. The people were working really hard and were pleasant in spite of taking the heat all day for huge price increases.

They need to put these poor employees out of their misery and just shut this location down. They do not have enough staff to keep this place in business- I was just in there waiting 30 minutes for my food, and there was a whole crowd of people in there who had been waiting far longer than me, nearly an hour. They’re just not filling orders… in the 30 minutes I was in there, I saw zero orders go out. Shut it down, folks.

The service took way too long for an order for 2 people. I've been there twice, and both times, it took 20+ minutes to get our food. I also wasn't given a fork or spoon for my famous bowl.

KFC is a good chain fast food place. The local KFC is not that good with overcooked food and bad service.
Took awhile for someone to come to the register. Person was pleasant when she took my order. Chicken tender meal with fries and a small mac and cheese. Food was very good. Served hot. Out of my favorite soda that I only get there mt dew baja blast. I asked if they had some in the drive through area and the same person said their truck hadn't arrived yet. No big deal on my end. 2 stars for atmosphere was because it was so cold in there. I sat by the window to try and get some residual heat from the sun. Another patron also made a comment about how cold it was. Normally I would get drive thru and eat on my way back to Massachusetts but my car is brand new and I didn't want to spill anything in it.

I can't call it fast food since we spent twenty-five minutes in line, I can't call it a great value because the chicken tenders were miniscule. They looked more like the potato wedges that they no longer serve. The flavor of the chicken was ok, but not worth the thirteen dollars they get for it. The woman who took our order was nice and friendly, at least. I wouldn't rush out to eat here !

Had a great experience here tonight. Our meals were what we hoped for and all delicious. I didn't get to take a picture of the 3pc meals and chicken sandwiches but I nabbed a pic of the apple turnover which I absolutely loved so I ordered more before we left. ?❤️ My thanks and gratitude to the staff tonight: (names I remember - hope I don't leave someone out or get them wrong) Paul, Dwight, Betty, & Josh I think.) We had a nice night out with our family and appreciated our food and a nice clean space to sit, eat, and chat. :) :)

The cut up a chicken patty instead of giving me chicken tenders????? also gave me mashed potatoes instead of corn? at this point I’m not even mad just confused why not use nuggets if you’re out of tenders

Crappy. Had many people complaining about the wait time as we were waiting for 30 minutes for our door dash order then they gave us an order that looked way smaller than it was and never gave us a receipt to check to see if it was the right order. They were slightly rude as well. Update: they gave us the wrong DoorDash order. So now we have to go back again.
