Today I made a purchase of 4 Value Meals. I waited but not too long, I received my food portion of my order and NO Drinks. I waited a few minutes longer and finally asked the girl at the counter politely where my drinks were? She told me that she did not take my order and that I needed to show my receipt. She was standing at the counter while I placed my order. I showed my receipt; was given a hard time as they now had to pour 4 drinks. I asked for two of them to be with no ice and the girl snapped back at me that they could only do that with Manger approval. Being now irritated I requested to speak to the Manager. She came forward. I explained why I was unhappy. Requested two drinks with no ice, and she refused. The girl at the counter stated that she had not taken my order. She was partially correct. The girl she replaced was taken from the counter mid-order and sent to another job. The manager asked what drinks I had ordered rather than looking at my receipt as they seem very anal about; and as she was filling the drink order the original counter person told her that I had ordered Root beers for the order. I give this a 1 star at Best! Complete lack of cooperation, coordination, and Team leadership. Rude personnel and the Manager did nothing to honor my very simple request of no ice in two drinks. Way to treat costumers after you folks make a mistake! I will tell all of my enemies as I will not recommend them to my friends! My Order was #242. Check out the pic. I have a receipt!

Refused to give us food after placing an order in the app for pickup, despite showing them the literal receipt with an order number. Refused to reverse the charge—so it has been disputed. Do not order food here. You will not be helped.

Waiting 15 minutes for my order, but the food was ready after 5 minutes. I sat there and looked at my food for 10 minutes next to about 10 others peoples food as nobody handed it out. They just worked around a mountain of food not handing it out. After 10 minutes I finally got my food, fries and nuggets were cold to the touch. Mmm yummy. This was afternoon of 9/28/24. Hey here's an idea how bout you put the food in bags and hand it out instead of standing there staring at it.

Couple of families their made it seem nice. The staff makes sure everything's right but they hate who ever handles hiring from what I understand . They blame the trainer but some ppl come in not wanting to know nothing in my experience. Food came perfect anyway.
