Can you imagine being absolutely rude and vile to a customer because they asked nicely to have a remake of a drink that was made incorrectly? Well there were two INCREDIBLY RUDE baristas who did just that. I couldn't hear them so I told them I'm sorry I couldn't hear what you were saying I just didn't want it to be made incorrectly again, and the one girl, who i later found out was named Aila, started making remarks under her breath-- When I told them there was no need to be rude to a customer for simply asking for a drink to be remade as it was ordered (on the app mind you) she was muttering rude things under her breath and proceeded to say rude?! I'm not being rude. Am I being rude to her co workers. All the while the other one (didn't catch her name, just know she had dark hair with purple streaks in it, was rolling her eyes at me. I asked to speak with manager because I couldn't believe how rude they were acting and the one, Aila, said I'm the shift manager, so you want me to spell my name it's right here on my tag..... I asked who the actual store manager was so I could discuss how terrible the customer service and experience was, she said his first name was Canaan but also said it would be pointless to contact him. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism I experienced there.... God forbid they have to actually be accountable for their mistake and fix it without rude remarks. And as I was walking out they were saying super rotten things. I poured out the drink cuz at that point I didn't trust they didn't tamper with it and called corporate to file a formal complaint, I will NEVER go back to this location. (108 Northside Dr)
This visit makes Dunkin' Donuts more appealing and that's saying a lot šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

I was Discriminated against here. I come here frequently but after this second incident im done. I was kicked out for not buying something. I came here phone was dead. I plugged it in so i could order. I made it to 4 percent and was kicked out. Interestingly enough i was here yesterday and purchased something (of course) a lady w two very disruptive kids sat here and bought nothing. Yet i was kicked out. Perhaps im being singled out for being trans. I wont spend another penny at this place.

This is the better Starbuck town, all the employees are really sweet and offer great recommendations. They even remember me and my usual drink even after a few days. 10/10

Perhaps I don’t understand the ā€œStarbucksā€ world so…. I logged into my account in the parking lot-no service before there- and ordered 2 drinks. Went through drive thru- only person there! Aila gave me my drinks and informed me in a snotty tone complete with 2 thumbs up that ā€œnext time give us 5-10 minutes for your order- that would be greatā€ my question is this- what if I just ordered through the drive thru? Would I have received the same attitude? I come through almost daily with my granddaughter before school without incident but I’m seriously reconsidering if we start back up with that routine in September.

I just had such an awful experience at the Starbucks.I came in, my phone was dead went to charge my phone so I could get it on so I could place an order through the app and staff membercame over and told me.I wasn't allowed to charge my phone without a purchase.Made me feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed. singled me out didn't say this to anybody else. I ended up leaving without anything

The lady was super sweet and had a sweet southern accent! I think her name was Alia. Felt like talking to a good friend. So polite and remembered my name (Ari)

You can't tell me the Dunkin Donuts in town is better than Starbucks? Dunkin uses cheap Robusto coffee beans full of pesticides. That's why you're brain dead...lol

If zero stars was an actual thing, this place would get it!! Someone I know was there not long ago, and you refused them service because she touched a drink mistakenly , and you all chastised her, and belittled her , and made this poor woman feel like garbage! Whoever is the manager, and the associates should be ashamed , you treat and older woman that way . You all need to hire actual professional people to run this shop. It sickens me that you all actually treat people this way .

I visit this location usually once a week on Sunday afternoons. The service is friendly and great, considering the location is severely understaffed. Nora who I assume is the shift manager, is always helpful even though she is consistently busy between the register and bar. Many times, by herself on a busy day.

This location is inside a Price Chopper. It's the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. It is consistently understaffed. They have signage on the posted menu for multiple products that this location doesn't carry. It's extremely misleading and annoying.

Parking: This is a grocery store in a strip mall so there's plenty of free parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: The grocery store is easy to access, but this kiosk has several merchandise shelves at odd angles in front of the counter, which may make it difficult for a wheelchair to approach.
