If zero stars was an actual thing, this place would get it!! Someone I know was there not long ago, and you refused them service because she touched a drink mistakenly , and you all chastised her, and belittled her , and made this poor woman feel like garbage! Whoever is the manager, and the associates should be ashamed , you treat and older woman that way . You all need to hire actual professional people to run this shop. It sickens me that you all actually treat people this way .

This location is inside a Price Chopper. It's the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. It is consistently understaffed. They have signage on the posted menu for multiple products that this location doesn't carry. It's extremely misleading and annoying.Parking: This is a grocery store in a strip mall so there's plenty of free parking.Wheelchair accessibility: The grocery store is easy to access, but this kiosk has several merchandise shelves at odd angles in front of the counter, which may make it difficult for a wheelchair to approach.

I walked into the Bennington, VT store this morning at 8:00 AM hoping to get my Starbucks fix. The sign on the counter said "closed". I asked the cashier (as I was cashing out my items) if they were open. The cashier's reply: "the person was on their break and would be back in about 15 minutes". Wait. What? On a break after only being open for what a couple of hours? NOT a good answer for a customer that was ready to spend. Sorry, but I can't wait until this place is relocated to their own space in Bennington, VT. Sad excuse!

Awesome crew! I go in daily, in the morning. Carly and a new girl are EXTREMELY AWESOME, they are fast, and make the drinks the best. A great way to start the day. Great drinks, great breakfast, and great speedy service.

Stopped here with my family after grocery shopping and we were pumped to get some nice chai lattes. Instead we were met with the most unpleasant barista I’ve honestly ever come across. I’ve never written a review on any business before but I felt so compelled to do so after this encounter. Mind you it’s two days after Christmas, but the last thing this barista had was Christmas spirit. She had black hair with red streaks and she immediately rubbed us all the wrong way when she took our order like it was so extremely inconvienient for her (despite it being her litteral job). When we had to clairify that one of the lates needed almond milk because of a dietary restriction, she rolled her eyes and made it clear she was annoyed with the change. Santa must’ve given her coal for Christmas because she is most definitely on the naughty list.

Closes at 7, showed up at 6:38, worker back there, sign says closed, girl behind the counter wouldn't even pour me a plain black coffee. Thanks for making my 12hr drive on 4 hrs of sleep that much worse. Won't be stopping here again.

Such a great place to go when on the run, and in need of a quick coffee boost. Staff is wonderful. Can’t see how anyone has run into any issues with staffing, as they’re all hard workers. If you happen to be assisted by Erin, know that she is a lovely person and very helpful.
