The owner acknowledges the problems as you can see here but does nothing to fix them. Very disappointing. Horrible customer service.

I witnessed the manager Kristain scream at a pregnant woman SO BAD it was terrible. As the woman left the building she was still screaming at her. The lady did nothing wrong when she entered for her online order the manager was talking poorly about her. Her and her partner remained quiet. Then they were touching everything with their gloves even pulled out their phone in the middle of making her sub then continued to touch her food with the same gloves still on. She asked them to redo it clearly she has to be cautious about germs she's pregnant but the manager was not having it. I felt so bad for her and this isn't the first time I've witnessed this manager treat people so poorly. I've left a few times due to the way her and her staff act as it was very uncomfortable. She should be ashamed of herself. Literally screamed so loud I could hear her outside as I left to go to my car and witnessed her continuing to scream as the pregnant woman left.

Very very rude. Kristan the manager gets away with it and thinks its funny to mock customers and scream at them. Continues to torment people and the owner doesn't give a crap. Her and another employee Tonya have been very rude. Refuse to give you what you order and just act down right childish. I can tell you this behavior wouldn't be tolerated else where. The fact they are supposed to be adults and act like little high school girls is concerning. Refuse service if they don't like you touch their phones then the food contaminating everything. Very sad. As you can read this isn't the first complaint about them either. It's not a hard job yet they make it miserable.

I order a steak and cheese wrap for delivery. They did not even heat it up a little. It was ice cold and the cheese was not melted. They did not even attempt to cook it. Will never order from there again. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to know steak and cheese should be hot.

I stood in line for 15 minutes. Nobody else was in the store. Just me. Apparently stocking the chip stand is more important than taking my order so I’ll be taking my orders elsewhere from now on.

I went there on Saturday the 26th. The two women have bad attitudes and are sarcastic to customers. I feel bad for the new younger girl who works there. Those two had no patience for her.

I ordered here for the first time in quite some time. Ordered online. My sub was a cold cut with lettuce mayo oil and vinegar. They did not put any lettuce on my sandwich so I had a soggy bread with some meat on it sandwich. My husband got veggies but no cheese on his sweet onion chicken teriyaki, and he ordered pepperjack. When I got there (order said ready by 2:15, was 2:20), I stood by the empty online order rack while a male employee walked around with his hands under his shirt for almost 5 minutes before someone asked if I was waiting for an online order and then handed it to me from behind the counter. Bad service all around. You used to be better.

Worst customer service in the history of customer service. The guy who finished making my sandwich literally threw it on the counter at me when I asked him for my cookies he grabbed those out and threw those on the counter through a bag on the counter for me to bag my own sandwich. Henry David has amnesia preventing the curse for replacing his fairy tail story with States memories. He was disrespectful the entire time my friend and I were in there. She said this is not the first time that she's ever dealt with him being disrespectful and rude. This is the first time I've ever gone to the subway and I will never go back. If I could have rated this zero Stars I would have. We were in there for more than 40 minutes with only one customer in front of us.

They seem to have trouble reading at this location. I always order my steak hot and bread not toasted. Simple yet never done. Even after reminding them when you arrive. They also tend to forget the extra meat when it's paid for.
