The tofu scramble is vegan as long as you get the bread dry (without butter/margarine). Tofu has a nice curry flavor and is mixed with mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli and potatoes! Very happy and impressed that a diner like this has a vegan option😄
We had high expectations based on everything we read about this place and they exceeded them all. We all ordered something different and loved our meals. We had a variety- blueberry pancakes, omelet, home fries, muffins and coffee. They offered to grill our muffin….don’t miss out on this deliciousness. An authentic diner with an incredible menu, & breakfast all day.
I ordered the huevos rancheros, & asked to have it on home fries instead of a tortilla, & added spinach. Wow! It was a mountain of food, enough for 4 people, & some men asked the waitress what I had ordered, & said they are getting that next time.
