Well, atmosphere is subjective ?. It’s a field and can be dusty and hot, but then again it’s Mexican! Win win. 2 Soft small tacos, beef and chicken with drink is the way to go. $8!!!!!

Jimmy definitely has it going on here! Who puts a taco truck pretty much in the middle of nowhere in the Vermont mountains and hits it out of the park? That's right, Jimmy and his West Coast tacos ? ? Simply amazingly delicious! My wife & I visit Lake St Catherine cottages every year with family and always take a trip to Dakin farm for goodies and on the way we found this gem right out in the open field on rt 22 where you normally wouldn't see anything but pastures and cows. So now it's part of our routine to stop here for some of the best tacos in Vermont. LOVE LOVE LOVE it here.

The best taco bowl and tacos anywhere, and always consistent. Picnic tables to sit at with a beautiful view. Once a week we drive an hour for these delicious offerings. Well worth the drive and the prices are excellent. They even have small airplanes fly in for their food, if that don't speak volumes about their food, i don't know what will. The shells are made fresh daily.

This is a true gem of a roadside food stand! The food is great, the grounds are clean and well kept, and there are swings and play stations to keep young ones occupied. The stand is well off the road and surrounded by a large mowed lawn. Holly and Elizabeth are the BEST.

Always wanted to stop by and finally did, and boy was it worth it! Great tacos, good price and fabulous scenery!
Also, the owners went above and beyond to contact us after closing, because I left my purse behind.
Had a great meal today, highly recommend the taco salad ( add the chipotle mayo, you’ll thank yourself).

The pros: beautiful scenery, quick and friendly service, excellent hot sauce selection (~20 options)
The cons: very average overall. I got a ground beef burrito with all the fillings you’d expect in a burrito (I declined the $1 guacamole). The ground beef was cooked fine but not well seasoned, the rice and beans were the same, and it was all wrapped in a room temperature flour tortilla. The whole thing would be easily improved by a standard taco seasoning when cooking the beef, and griddling the burrito once it’s all wrapped
