my wife and I are renting an air b&b about 10 minutes down the road from west coast tacos. we decided to give it a try for lunch. WOW she got a taco and I got the burrito very delicious well worth the stop or even make a special trip if you don't live close.

My family stopped here twice on a recent camping trip at Half Moon Pond. The tacos are amazing! We love the homemade crunchy shells. The view is awesome. Great value!
Well, atmosphere is subjective ?. It’s a field and can be dusty and hot, but then again it’s Mexican! Win win. 2 Soft small tacos, beef and chicken with drink is the way to go. $8!!!!!

Jimmy definitely has it going on here! Who puts a taco truck pretty much in the middle of nowhere in the Vermont mountains and hits it out of the park? That's right, Jimmy and his West Coast tacos ? ? Simply amazingly delicious! My wife & I visit Lake St Catherine cottages every year with family and always take a trip to Dakin farm for goodies and on the way we found this gem right out in the open field on rt 22 where you normally wouldn't see anything but pastures and cows. So now it's part of our routine to stop here for some of the best tacos in Vermont. LOVE LOVE LOVE it here.

The best taco bowl and tacos anywhere, and always consistent. Picnic tables to sit at with a beautiful view. Once a week we drive an hour for these delicious offerings. Well worth the drive and the prices are excellent. They even have small airplanes fly in for their food, if that don't speak volumes about their food, i don't know what will. The shells are made fresh daily.
