I enjoy coming to Mojo-Jomo the drinks and food are always delicious. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting something on the cheaper side that is still well made and quick!
Customer service could be worked on. Just me standing in line no one else, couldn’t get any form of acknowledgment from the two workers and I stood there and even made eye contact with one of the workers. It took me calling out to a worker asking for someone to take my order before I got service.
It was busy with DoorDash orders but a little acknowledgment goes a long way. It also don’t look very good when one of your workers is talking badly about a customers order saying things like “oh I’m not going to make it like that”, “they can suck it”. It is very unprofessional and then to answer a phone call and put it on speaker phone is even more so.
I do love coming here I just wish the level of customer service was constant with all staff members.

Just got turned away by an extremely distressed employee who was working a mid-day Saturday shift alone. She was completely overwhelmed with an influx of DoorDash orders and was being harassed by impatient customers and a crowd of noisy preteens in line ahead of me. While I'm upset at not getting the smoothie I was craving, I'm more upset at the plight of your employee. I love these smoothies and so do many others. Please adequately staff your business so we can all enjoy it, customer and employee alike.

Wow, holy best-thing-ever-thing to come to the Berlin mall in a long time (my personal favorite place so far). Amazingly accommodating staff who are outgoing and cheerful. Portion sizes to match very fair pricing for quality ingredients. Yes it was busy, yes it was worth it, and no it didnt take long. Don't rush the process or the person in front of you; you don't wanna miss all the fun you could enjoy from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

Great place and friendly staff, tried getting half priced waffles on Sundays a few times but they are always “sold out” by 2 I’m not Surprised, they go fast but maybe change the times for it as they go so fast not fair to those who work Sundays or who drive 30 minutes to try them ( just a recommendation)

Very cute little shop in the mall. Drink was great, coconut Thai tea, with unique lids. The almond croissant was good too. The employees were very polite and pleasant. When I'm in the area I'll definitely come again.

I literally come here at least 3 times a week, staff is friendly and very considerate to everyone, they never mess up my order and I definitely recommend if you want to enjoy a large variety of different bobas and drinks, rolled ice cream, and lots more delicious treats! 10/10. Kid/baby friendly! They even have a section where children can watch the workers make their orders.

The workers here are all excellent! I work at the Gamestop and mentioned how tired I was one day, and one of the girls said she could put some extra caffeine in my Milk Tea, which I absolutely appreciated. Everyone is so nice when I stop by, which is like every other day.
