Never had issues here. When we order, we usually place large order for entire fam.- often breakfast and lunch. Today, early breakfast order was all wrong but husband had no time to check evthing on his way to dr. so he dropped off at home & left again. Kids were hungry & tho not what they asked for, one took a bite. I called to ask if I could catch hubby on rd. might he pick up correct order? We live VERY close by. “No!”, I was told “Bring back the sandwiches even with bite” (??) wait, really, so he should drive all the way home, pick up a cheaply tossed piece of egg & cheese thrown into 2 pieces of hard bread (instead of the special breakfast I ordered)? BC of YOUR mistake?? “Yep” said the manager. I said, nvm, I’ll let them eat this and order something else (not from there), just refund me. “Nope!” “Come here ANYWAY and bring the card u paid with!” What? I always order on the app and pay w/ apple pay/card. Anyone w/ apple card knows they change the cvv for security. I put away physical card long ago! She is now yelling that she has an apple card too and she carries the physical card. Well, good for her (?). I am told I should take it up with apple. Ok, I’ll tell Apple how to handle their credit card transactions. That should go over real well. Apple suggests otherwise. And why am I being questioned over 2 foolish breakfast sandwiches when I drop $$$ at this place all the time. Thank goodness for corporate customer care making it right, refunding me and providing common sense insight on the treatment we received. The staff at this location, however, made sure my family won’t want to go back there in the foreseeable future. So disappointed. This explains the perpetual “Help wanted” sign.

Not recommended if you expect professional and courteous service.

It's yummy but ordered some stuff and I didn't everything I was supposed to.

Wanted to come on here and say how kind the woman running the register was this morning! She was so nice and I’m very appreciative of the time she took to answer questions about the new drinks.

Rude workers. Yelled at me from the moment I walked in. Then when I looked in my bag there was NO utensils. When I went back into the store they REFUSED me a spoon. Disgusting.

Good food, but almost every time we come by it says it is open and the lights are on inside, but nobody is there. The only way to tell is to drive up by the window and look in. Would love it if they could take the open sign down when they are closed.

Overpriced garbage. Do not recommend this dump.

Extremely slow service, and the prices do not match the quality. The person working drive thru asked me to wait 5 mins before ordering when there was only one vehicle in front of me, and by the time I had placed my order they had already paid and left. By that time there was a line backed up behind me. I ordered the frontega chicken panini which came to $12 for one soggy, cold, overpriced, not-even-so-tastey, sandwich.

The food was ok but if your going to the one on the barre montpeiler road in vermont there very rude an seemed short and honestly snobby couldn't belive it! We never have had problems with people being so rude at any other place but they were very unpleasant

Wow! What a great team. I was planning a work function and needed some light fare for the occasion. This was an afternoon thing so I didn't require full on catering but I wanted a little something to provide for the guests. Boy did these guys help me out!! I decided on a large batch of clam chowder. I put my order in a week before and it was ready right on time. They actually have a sort of hidden garage door in the back of the building and I was able to back my truck right in. (this was before they opened for the day so having a large vehicle inside was no issue.) I arrived ready with containers for the soup - but that was already taken care of! They wheeled three stainless steel kegs of clam chowder up to the bed of my truck. It was just like a nascar pit crew! (shouts out to Steven!!) The chowder was a big hit and just what I needed. I will be back in the future.

I ordered two sesame seed bagels with cream cheese. I expected 2 sliced sesame seed bagels spread with cream cheese. Instead, I got 2 bagels that were thrown in a paper bag (whole, not sliced) with two small cups of prepackaged cream cheese. The bagels were overcooked and tougher than shoe leather. Some of the sesame seeds were burned. They were at least a day or two old. At least the employee remembered to put plastic knives in the bag. $9.26 for 2 old, tough bagels with 2 small cups of cream cheese. Save your money and get your sesame bagels and cream cheese (sliced and even toasted if you like) at Dunkin Donuts for 1/3 the price.

Good overpriced food but terrible service. A quarter of the time the order's wrong or they forget to give you things. And they don't even ask if you want a receipt. Only time I went back for my item the cashier was rude and doubting me though I showed her the payment on my CC app. Over a pastry. Yesterday they refused to add a bagel to my order at the window and said I needed to drive through again though there was no one behind me. Ridiculous. On top of that they gave me the wrong sandwich.

11/02 went to visit. Because I deliver propane and my vehicle cannot fit through the drive thru I was denied service. I asked about alternatives and walking through they said that was too much of a liability. I contacted Panera Customer Care and they said they would address the issue. I visited 11/16 and called to ask about service, they stated the same. Just a heads up to all the essential workers that like Panera, if your vehicle it too large don’t expect service from Panera.

I get the world is short staffed. Now are trying times especially in the public service industry. But, as an essential employee trying to keep us Vermonters warm by delivering propane and heating oil it’d be nice to have lunch. Our time is extremely limited for lunch. 30 minutes start to finish. By the time you park and go to the door to be refused service and to call the manager your lunch time is gone and you go hungry. 11/02 I tried to eat but was refused service because m
