Our local Pizza Hut closed many years ago. We were working in the area and stopped for lunch, excited for a chance to eat here. We were the only people in the restaurant the entire time we were there. It's a really nice restaurant, but our table was extremely sticky and tacky, not just a spilled soda. Oddly enough there was a roll of paper towel in with the parmesan, pepper flakes & salt & pepper. The 3 of us lined the table with paper towel because we could not put our arms or phones on the sticky table. Excited to see new items, we opted for an order of bacon cheese bread sticks and a meat lovers pizza. Just before the food came we opened the silverware wrapped in napkins and 2 sets were very greasy, and 1 set was heavily crusted with dried food. When the bread sticks came we were brought plates, but 1 of 3 plates had dried food smeared across the plate. We opted to just use the plate the breadsticks came on. The food was really good, but we ended up not eating much, the disgusting condition of table and utensils really killed our appetites. I don't think I have ever dined in such a dirty feeling restaurant.

Why does PH have a call center? Why can’t I call the store directly? Why can’t I speak with a call center supervisor. Why can’t PH find an existing store in Vermont. Your driver almost caused a car accident.

I’ve had 2 bad experiences there and I’m afraid to go back, but I would like to. I love their breadsticks. I think they are unmatched. Also, I think maybe they deliver and I live in Berlin now in a building with 30 or so apartments. I’d love to try their delivery service. The bad experiences I had were in 2004 there was an inchworm on my broccoli, that I got out of the salad bar. Years later they served my table a deep dish pizza in a pan that was still dirty from previous use and hadn’t been washed at all it seemed. Also, those torn dirty flags out front really creep me out. Why don’t they take those down? It shows lack of logic.

We tried to order a beer and the server said there wasn’t anyone on staff old enough to serve it!!! What?? He ordered a soda which he didn’t even drink! This place is really going down hill! Food tasted great but establishment had only one other table occupied.

Stuffed crust pizza ... YUM. I met a friend and we had lunch there followed by a long conversation catching up. Staff was friendly and did not rush us to leave.

Great customer service and the food was great! I used the upside app and haven't been in years and have to say I ordered 2 things got there and ordered more! Also shared with my sister and her kids and we were all happy 😊

Kyle is an incredible, friendly totally professional young worker. He is very organized, efficient and one of the best waiters I have ever had. Not only is he an amazing waiter but he answers the phone and takes takeout orders, buses tables, works the register and helps prepare food. Pizza Hit in Barre VT is blessed to have him.

The trashiest worst food place I've ever been to. They can never do anything correctly and always mess up. Always have the rudest employees that don't care about the customers needs. When being a waitress/waiter it is your job to keep checking on your tables and actually waiting on them which they do not. They even scammed my friend, she ordered online and got charged and when she went in to get her food they said they never got the order and wouldn't give her food or a refund. She lost $50 and in the world we live in today that $50 would have been useful for other things. I've heard from others that they have had similar experiences. Its very sad. There are so many better food places to go to and I highly recommend going elsewhere.
Online carry out order, wings were good pizza not so much. Pizza was a stuffed crust, pizza was so thin and hard it went directly to the trash.

Great food, great service, nice atmosphere, reasonable prices. I would have given five stars, but the bathrooms (both men's and women's ) are dirty and kind of nasty. Otherwise, a good lunch experience.
Parking: The handicap parking is on the side of the building, while regular parking is right in front. Rather strange.

The staff are some of the most incompetent people I have ever met in my life I’m at the point where I’m just gunna start ordering the opposite of what I want every time because that’s what I get with them consistently screwing up my order then not answering their phone to fix it
