So I got 2 chicken bacon ranch sandwhiches, I ordered on their website not door dash, the first time I picked it up they had the wrong toppings on them so I called and they offered to remake them, I had a friend go and pick them up again and then halfway through eating the sandwhiches the people eating them developed this sharp burning sensation on their tongues and slightly swollen lips, it was extremely unpleasant and we still don't know what caused it but they do have minor fish allergies and we wonder if cross contamination was a factor, on top of that they had 2 short white/blond hairs within the sandwhich looks like beard hair but not entirely sure, we gave up after that and didn't bother calling them again but it was a huge ordeal and a waste of 26$ to be honest not trying to be offensive but it's a health hazard no matter what and concerning

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING WITH TAKEOUT!! Ever since the new owners took over Takeout has been a mess! The food is either missing something or just wrong all together! Idk if people have a had time reading the slips, or there arenât designated cooking and prep stations! Iâm guessing people are just running around trying to make 20 meals at once! But itâs been over a year now! Youâd think they would have created a better system or hired a more experienced kitchen, staff or some type of organization set in place!

We ordered chicken tenders fries, nachos and wings. The tenders were super dry and definitely freezer burnt. The wings were pretty good, but the nachos came completely crushed. We had to ask for a side of chips to accompany what little cheese and toppings were there. This is not the first time we have gotten horrible quality food but this was the last straw. I get this isnât top of the line food but decent quality should be the bare minimum expectation.

Recently used Zacharies for our annual company meetings. Jenn and her team delivered food on time each day, and the quality was excellent even when producing such large quantity. Canât wait to continue to use them for our future events.
I ordered garlic bread with cheese which they have changed how they do it now and so not happy with it. Seems like a cheap way of doing it now slicing a bread loaf and put cheese in compared to individual bread slices with cheese on top before. Definitely wonât waste my money again
