We have been loyal BHOP customers since moving to Leicester in 2019. Tonight was the worst pizza we have ever gotten. More cheese than crust, barely any toppings, could taste the chlorine in the dough. As my husband put it, if he wanted to eat a bag of melted cheese on a cracker he could have spent $5, not $40.
We are very disappointed and will be looking for a new pizza place.

What happened to the Brandon House of Pizza? I got my first pizza there last night under the new ownership; the worst pizza I’ve ever had. You might as well go to the grocery store and get a frozen pizza. Never again.
The pizza is nothing like it was back in the day of the two previous owners.

Brandon House of Pizza used to be a community staple. The prior owners were frequently seen working and seemed to know every face in the community. The pizza was excellent and the prices were great. This unfortunately has changed with the new owners. The food tastes cheaper but prices increased and the staff isn’t anywhere near overly friendly. I would not recommend this place going forward, as I always used to.

We’ve tried several times since the new owner. Not happy at all. The employees are great but food is now a big disappointment. Not to mention the price! $31 for a 3 topping pizza?? No thank you

The man at the counter was rude. I was overcharged. The pizza took twice as long as expected. I will not order from here again.
*update* they changed their pizza recipe when switching to new owners. (Dry thin crust on a reg pizza) I only buy their pizza so i cant say what else they changed. The staff is very friendly and helpful but unfortunately the food is not the best. The inside definitely needs a facelift as well.

I ordered pizza for a work event. Luckily a closer establishment was not take phone calls last night when we attempted to order from them them. Brandon House of Pizza was our lucky alternative even though a 20-minute drive I volunteered to drive to pick them up. We ordered 12 pizzas. They were ready on time Aunt. We're above and beyond all of our expectations. All of our associates love them very much. The toppings were spread out evenly and each slice had just the appropriate proportion. Unfortunately, we had to order two additional pizzas for later on in the evening and to say the price that we were charged was an unreasonable and unfair price as an understatement. $21 for a cheese pizza right is to me a ridiculous price for anyone to pay, especially the hard-working associates that live close by. We made sure to let them all know. What a great value and price the Brandon House of Pizza provided us and to top it all off two. Very kind. Gentlemen carried the pizzas to my car for me. So not only does Brandon House at Pizza give you a tremendous value. They give you great customer service as well. All that I greeted while I was there were very friendly. So thank you to you all. Kudos to you. Thank you for all your hard work!!!

The Pizza house since new ownership has taken over has gone down hill. 13.00 increase on a family size pizza, 1.49 per extra topping, when it was .50 before the new owners took over. These price increases are outrageous, I will never enter the price gouging place again. I hope other people will follow suit and boycott Brandon House of price gouging.
