Dunkin drive thrus have become so slow I rarley go to dunkin anymore. This location I went inside and waited 13 minutes for a large coffee with milk.

Been here twice, hoping the first time I had subpar service it was a fluke. Unfortunately it's consistent with this team. Waited 40+ minutes for an iced coffee regular. On return the wait was slightly better, only 12 minutes.
The staff are untrained and don't follow any corporate dunkin protocol. Nobody building orders and then announcing completed order numbers, instead employees make items then just shout and drop them individually leading to customers unsure of weather the large coffee that just dropped belongs to them or someone else. Online orders are also placed on the counter piece by piece rather than grouped by order and placed in the pink mobile orders tray where customers can take them from. Could be a highly profitable location if you replaced the manager and actually followed the training you are supposed to follow. Feel bad for the girl working oven/drive through, seems to be the only one who does her work correctly without skipping steps and tripping on herself.

Your service is really really slow. They’re OK with drinks but they don’t heat up the food enough. If you can go to the Middlebury or Rutland if you’re headed in that direction it’s worth the drive for better service

Every time I stop here early in the morning the iced coffee is sour! Without fail. I was told by a previous worker that the night crew makes it for the morning bc apparently morning workers dont have enough time. Constant feedback and they still dont solve the problem. Frustrating to waste your money.

Walked in ordered a cold brew with sweet cold foam. Got it in 3 minutes and left. Just how I like my visits. Quick and easy. Lobby was clean As was the bathroom. No complaints.

I keep trying to give this Dunkin’ Donuts a chance as I travel this way to work every day but every time I go there, the service is terrible, You wait in line at the drive-through just to place your order and then when you get around to the window, even if there is no cars in front of you, you are waiting at the window for almost 10 minutes to get your order every time going inside isn’t much better. I’ve tried that also. when using the drive-through, I am only ordering coffee which is supposed to be quick. but I’m waiting to order my coffeefor at least anywhere from 5 to 7 minutes and then once you get to the window, it’s the same amount of time to wait.

Don’t bother ordering mobile thinking you’ll get it any faster. Ordered at 7:20am, got here at 7:30, finally got to the window at 7:50 and the two coffees weren’t even made yet. Save your time and money and go to Rutland Woodstock ave location.

The store is rarely open. The last 3 times I have tried to go in, the door has been locked. Waited in line at the drive thru where no one for 10 minutes even acknowledged I was there.
