Don’t bother ordering mobile thinking you’ll get it any faster. Ordered at 7:20am, got here at 7:30, finally got to the window at 7:50 and the two coffees weren’t even made yet. Save your time and money and go to Rutland Woodstock ave location.

The store is rarely open. The last 3 times I have tried to go in, the door has been locked. Waited in line at the drive thru where no one for 10 minutes even acknowledged I was there.

If you have time to wait, fine. We were so excited when this new option opened because the Middlebury one was so slow. But the longer Brandon Dunkin is open the slower they get. At 6 this morning, with only one car in front of us, we waited literally 20 minutes for two drinks and some hash browns. The food and drinks were ok, but definitely not worth being late to our early morning appointment

it’s super slow. the people are nice, but the wait is terrible
Trust the reviews. I came the first week they opened and they were efficient and clearly putting in the effort. The past 2 times I’ve waited over 14 minutes for a single iced coffee with milk. People that work seem to be moving in slow motion with zero care to take care of the orders. How this place hasn’t been shut down and retrained is beyond me. The guy working food seemed to be the only one trying.

I understand this store is a training store but this morning my crew had to wait thirty minutes for a walk in order. For the past two to three days the staff have kept mobile orders behind the designated order shelf even when they’re completed, causing us to stand around the store for longer than necessary. Absolutely no reason for the lack of communication and service.

Wow, slowest fast food place Ive been to in years. I even got to watch them make my food because after taking almost 20 minutes to get to the window my food had not been made. No ketchup. Who needs to be fired is what ever manager was present. I just read some reviews, maybe the owner should fire themselves after not fixing this problem after so many months.

Worst DD I have ever been too. Do not go here!! keep driving. Rude workers and horrible service. We were only people in the drive thru yet it took 20 minutes to get 2 regular cups of coffee and a plain bagel when I asked what was taking so long, (I was very polite as I really didn’t know what was going on) the guy working the drive thru told me it wasn’t his problem he doesn’t make the drinks and if I didn’t like then don’t come back again. Horrible. And I won’t be back and I will make sure others know what a horrible place this is.
