Food was great, service was slow and order pickup was a mess. They didn't call out orders and people often grabbed the wrong items. Watched several people pickup to go orders then realize the orders were missing items.

Good coffee, clean and new store. I go here pretty much every morning. Initial issues with order delays (place just opened in September 23) seems to have been resolved recently. My online orders are usually ready within 5-10 minutes (I live in walking distance).
