Every time I stop here, I’m disappointed. Looks great. Cute store. Very surface level though. Service is always bad. None of their coffee flavors, syrup, or chai is made. Everything seems like it’s out of a box or store bought.

I’ve been coming to Morningside Bakery for a little over a year now and it is the epicenter of this cute little town. They have everything I love for morning coffee n a bagel or pastries.

I’ve worked my way through their bakery cases for breakfast and lunch.

Most recently, I finally tried the much raved about wood fired pizzas and they are exceptional! My favorite is the Matt’s! Living in NI it’s trying to find a place that holds a candle to back home - this surpasses even some Jersey staples.

Excellent pizza and Really good coffee to go or enjoy in the cozy little room at the back.

Be careful if you’re lactose intolerant when getting coffee. The staff are all really nice and the food is fantastic! But I’ve been sick to my stomach all day because my coffee had whole milk in it despite me asking for oat milk. :c

GREAT WINES!!Although Morningside is getting well-deserved kudos for its baked goods, coffees and sandwiches, they also have an excellent—-albeit small—reasonably priced wine selection. We go specifically for their French imports—especially the Roses—but have also enjoyed Californian, Argentinian and other European imports. Enjoy!

A great way to start my day!! Carrie and Matt are always friendly and welcoming, the delicious food is made with love and a hidden gem of a craft beer stop. Do yourself a favor and stop in!

I’ve been going here for almost a year, basically because it’s the only morning gig in town. Croissants are good, mocha latte is just convenient, counter service attitude could greatly improve.

Great breakfast sandwich - Croissant was so tasty, eggs were fluffy, and bacon was perfectly cooked! Portion was generous for the price!

The roast beef sandwich and chai latte were to DIE for. SO GOOD. My dogs loved the dog treats too. The macarons? Also amazing. 10/10, such a gem.
