Stopped here for sandwiches (roast beef and Vermont ham special), an iced latte with maple syrup, and a currant scone—all fabulous! Super cute inside and close to the water for a nice lunch view.

We had a great brunch at Morningside Bakery while visiting the area! Our breakfast sandwich (it was already prepared and heated up, but you never would have known!), Vermonter sandwich, chocolate mousse, and coffee were fabulous and exceeded our expectations. The space is warm, inviting, and kid-friendly. Parking was easy and free. Our toddler son loved watching the waterfall nearby from the outdoor seating in town as well as drawing with the sidewalk chalk, too!

Morningside is a one of a kind in the area and region. The chef is excellent! The earlier you go the better the selection is to choose from. The expresso drinks vary in quality depending on who makes it. Staff training is not consistent. The food is all 100% consistent as it is prepared by same team members yielding a steady high quality. Definitely a gem! Areas for improvement include consistency in staff training and expansion of dinner selections. Our family appreciates your service to the community.

We have stopped in briefly over the last few years for pastries. They have always been so amazing and full of flavor. Today is my husband and mine's 18th wedding anniversary and, since we're not flashy folks, we decided to have brunch there. A main driving force was their abundance of vegerarian options. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff was kind and set us up with a delicious latte and Chai. There's even an option to add real maple syrup! I ordered the veggie wrap and it was loaded with tasty veggies and not solid lettuce, like a lot of places do. My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich with bacon that he wasted no time finishing.

We had a very good experience and we absolutely will be back for future dates.

Perfect lattes for breakfast and back for take out pizzas!

I'm really impressed with this bakery. My first experience was stopping in, ordering two pizzas I planned to eat next door at the brewery at a specific time while a band I love was playing. They offered to make them at that time, and then deliver them to me, which they did, and they were FANTASTIC, as was the piece of cake I also ordered. My second experience was getting a sandwich after the Hands Off Protest; they were so busy, but I received my sandwich hot, panini-pressed, and DELICIOUS from a friendly and efficient staff. The sandwich was simple, but perfectly executed on a house made baguette, and making that baguette hot and crunchy and easier to eat with the panini press elevated it. I look forward to going back here whenever I am in Brandon, definitely the best food around.
