Great food! Best fried mozzarella I've ever enjoyed. Fantastic service as well (Thanks Alexa!). Everything was nicer than it had to be.

We both had the scallop special and it was delicious! Service was great as it always is. I love this little restaurant!
This nice little restaurant sits in the center of Brandon. I appreciate that is can get a plant based meal here without having to adjust an entree. The mushroom flatbread is great. The waitstaff was friendly and enthusiastic. The menu is limited but with variety of choices and it changes occasionally. Make sure you at least get the sweet potato hash, a side you can't get at most places except for Roots.

Hot wings are top shelf and taste great. The grass fed burger was okay but I will not order that again. Onto the dessert..... the blueberry bread pudding well....... it was dry SUPER dry and dissapointing. The good news it I know what to order next time. Great service ;) and good drinks.

Our waitress for 2 nights was accurate, quick and helpful, but not oppressive. The light fare sandwiches were mixed in quality. The Pulled Pork was good, moist and plentiful. The Reuben I thought was skimpy and not very interesting -- more toast than taste. The seating area is small, but I found the back of the room to be best for conversation and privacy (but not much of that). A small alcove holds 2 separate high tables that are out of the way -- nice for more a quiet time. There is also a 4-seater in the corner between the alcove and the back wall that also is quieter. The rest of the seats are along the side wall or in the middle of the room. The high point of the light menu is the sweet potato hash that is one of the sandwich sides -- very delicious. All in all, I found this to be a pleasant place for a meal in the center of town.
Disappointed today that we could not sit outside for lunch with dog. Went across the street for excellent lunch at Cafe Provence.
The River Pub & Grill has a terrific, welcoming atmosphere and a varied and delicious menu. We loved our dinner, and the stroll around Brandon afterwards. Super charming town and great restaurant.
We had a wonderful meal. Definitely going back.

The food was so so my husband got the buffalo wings they had a spice on them and my husband couldn't eat them. My burger was good but couldn't eat the whole burger . The only thing was the dessert was really good! The place was to far an hour and 15 mins. Wouldn't go there again. The service was excellent.
Traditional pub, good food, excellent service from Alexa.

This place is wonderful. Sitting outside watching this town flow by, enjoying a duck dish that rivals restaurants in DC (visiting from VA)... When you visit this area during ski season, you MUST come here. Thank me later

Food is consistent and comes out fast. Usually only one special, but it's often really good. The service staff is always, always terrific. Never had a bad experience at the River Grill.
