After living in AZ and having Brueggers everywhere, I'm so happy to live in a town on the East Coast with a Brueggers! The rosemary olive oil bagel is my go-to. Super friendly and fast service too

Every time I come here I ask for specific sandwich. Every time they cannot put what I ask for on my sandwich. There is only 1 person that will actually read the order and make my sandwich properly. I order here several times a week. Today I even asked before I left if my sandwich had what I wanted and she said yes. I get to my truck open the sandwich and no cream cheese. I paid for that. This happens every time. I order the same thing every time. I guess The Works will be getting my full business from now on. I do love their fresh bagels. Just can't do with the sloppy service.

We waited over 35 min for our bacon egg and cheese order. It looked like it was due to the staff waiting to receive multiple orders of that same or similar menu item before finishing the sandwich. They used to make sandwiches on demand so it was pretty disappointing to be waiting that long for a takeout order.

Brueggers Bagels are probably the most delicious bagels in Brattleboro. Unfortunately they don’t have many vegan options but I like their bagels so much I am still giving them a high rating.
Their customer service is wonderful. The people working there are always friendly and even when it’s busy things move fast!

My first experience with Bruegger's Bagels was in Colonie, New York, in May 2024. After eating the delicious Vermonter breakfast sandwich, I was hooked! I discovered there is only one branch of Bruegger's Bagels in my home state of Vermont; in the city of Brattleboro, seventy miles south of my home. I actually made the journey there, just to relive the enjoyment of tasting the Vermonter breakfast sandwich ... and I will do it again!

I order online, and had someone else pick up my order. Once I got the food, I noticed I was missing a product that I ordered and Brueggers still charged me. So I called them and told them what happened and they said they were unable to refund me. Thats it. Bad service.
