We’ve gotten bagels here a few times and this time we dined in. We ordered and someone new was being trained so we only got one of our breakfast sandwiches and in the end it was fine, we ended up sharing and it was plenty. Their flavored coffee is very good, they give you the cup and lid and you do the rest. When we want a bagel we’ll definitely come back. Next time I’ll take a photo.

Stop in to get a bagel with honey walnut cream cheese. Instead I got a bagel with jalapeño? Cream cheese. It had been a long time since I had been to Bruegger and after today I don't think I will return. I was looking forward to a good bagel. I didn't get what I ordered. Not only was the order wrong, but for the price there was very little cream cheese on the bagel.

Every time I come here I ask for specific sandwich. Every time they cannot put what I ask for on my sandwich. There is only 1 person that will actually read the order and make my sandwich properly. I order here several times a week. Today I even asked before I left if my sandwich had what I wanted and she said yes. I get to my truck open the sandwich and no cream cheese. I paid for that. This happens every time. I order the same thing every time. I guess The Works will be getting my full business from now on. I do love their fresh bagels. Just can't do with the sloppy service.
