“Amazing! Easily one of the best restaurants in the state of Vermont. Their hummus and falafel compare only to what you’d get in the best Mediterranean restaurants in the country. I love their hummus they sell across the state in select grocery stores too! So much better than other hummus brands. Owner and workers friendly and helpful.”
“Whenever we visit Brattleboro, we make sure we get to eat at Vegan AF at least once! This place is truly some of the best food, let alone vegan food in all of Southern Vermont.Everything on the menu is delicious, incredibly fresh, and seasoned to perfection. Truly, it doesn’t matter if you are vegan or not, these meals are literally so good that it transcends all types of foods.Their drinks are also super unique and reasonably priced. The service is friendly, kind and efficient. Very queer friendly too. Literally, what more can you ask for?”
“The food was amazing Top shelf. They had gluten free options including bread for all the sandwiches. They even spiced things up with a "dark side of the moon " cookie for the eclipse. Out of this world !”
“Glad we stopped! Friendly staff and so many great food and treats for sale. We got the mac and cheese, potstickers, gluten free maple bbq pulled pork, and gluten free apple crisp for dessert. Bought some maple syrup and bloody mary mix to bring home. Looking forward to stopping in again sometime.”
“Whoa. So good. I never thought I’d find spice this nice in Vermont but the jerk chicken is amazing. And the chocolate rum cake…are you kidding me? Run don’t walk…and they are on door dash. Getcha some.”
“The Hawaiian Fried Rice was extremely delicious. I added chicken but it's filling even without meat. My partner got the Ginger chicken and loved it. Highly recommend anything from here!”
“This is the best dining experience I've had in ages. First, the chef deserves a Michelin star or two. I've been to Michelin-starred restaurants that don't compare to this one in terms of food. Second, an intimate atmosphere and an open kitchen where you can watch the craftsmanship of the chef make it really unique. The restaurant is worth traveling for.”
“Coming home or going to Stratton and need some amazing local food treats? You have to stop here! Kind, helpful staff and delicious baked goods along with some proteins like tuna salad and deviled eggs. Coffee and teas are a bonus as well as some local sundries. This renovated farm house also has local artist items in the attached space.”
“been coming here for 20 years. this is the most reliable and consistent pizza place on route 5. i also love their sandwiches. Customer service is fast, reliable, and I’ve never once had an issue!Parking: 4 spots in front with space on the sides as well!”
“I'm from SoCal, and love El Indio (San Diego) tortilla chips. Leah's homemade chips are the closest thing I've found. They are great. I try to get 4 side orders a week for my stash!”
“Crushed to hear this fantastic brewery is closing ? Though severely out of my everyday price range, their kettle-aged sours were some of the best luxury treats I’ve bought myself. Also not sure if it will upload but there is red paint spill in their lavatory… it’s in the shape of a hermit thrush. If that isn’t destiny that this place belongs there, I don’t know what is!Sending you love, Hermit Thrush!”
“A must try!! Of my suggestions! If you have not yet, my favorites are (now) CHOW FUN!! Their chicken fingers are fried to perfection, crispy and juicy! This name Says it all Chicken Amazing! (With brown rice) Their Szechuan dumplings are absolutely tasty! Their Sushi Chef is a master of delicious Arts!”
“Great food! Service was a little off but it was a busy night. One thing I wish they'd fix is the heat. It was really cold near the windows where we first seated. We asked to move to another table and they moved us, but reluctantly. It was slightly better at the new table. Hope they can do something to make it more comfortable, or I'll be wearing ski pants to eat there in the winter”
“Stopped in on Saturday for a light lunch and a cocktail. This is a cool spot, the oysters were cold and fresh, the clam chowder is excellent (it's thin, iyktyk) and the tinned fish was not my cup of tea but my gf loved it. A decent selection of beers on tap and a creative cocktail list. Great new spot for me.”
“Visiting overnight, relied on Yelp to pick our dining spot and boy, am I glad. Everything was delicious, from the duck pate. App to the entrees pictured. Service was terrific, as was the choc mousse! Wonderful experience from start to finish.”
