They treated us like family!! Love it there, their wait staff is just great, Selma goes out of her way to accommodate us due to Bill’s handicap, ie his wheelchair! Love them !“

“The service was terrible. We waited over an hour for our meal. My salad came after my meal was delivered. The meal was cold. It had been sitting for a very long time. The hostess finally delivered it. The chicken tenders were way over cooked. The waitress avoided us all during the meal, never came back to see if ever was ok. It was not ok. She snuck the check on our table. This is the worse experience ever in a restaurant and ruined our meal out.“

“We went for brunch. The service was prompt, the food was outstanding, the atmosphere was A+, clean restroom and very friendly wait staff. We give this a 10 on our list of places. We will be back.“

“Went to Fat crow last night for our 3rd time. The hostess- who seemed to also be serving as a bartender came over on the phone taking an order. When she was finally done and greeted me I said table for 2. She then asked if I had a reservation. This is where it went downhill. She was incredibly rude. Almost disgusted we would even think this behavior would be ok. She said nope, long wait. I asked what's a long wait... annoyed she answered not till 8. Then when we turned to leave she said you can sit at the bar, I don't have any control of that so... you can wait for a spot to open. There is already one open. But with such a grossed out tone- almost purposely making us feel unwanted. We left. The other two times we have been here- amazing. Once at a table, once at the bar. Great service. Great food. Unfortunately, such a turn off. We drove about 40 minutes to get there, on a Wednesday night after work. To say we were frustrated is an understatement. We ended up at Echo in Brattleboro- $200 for great food and great service. The night turned out great but... check your staff... she could have just said "oh man, so sorry guys. We are packed till 8 on reservations! Any interest in take out?" We would have been sold. Disappointed.“

“In my life, 50% of which has been in the industry, primarily upscale dining, I have NEVER felt like I was in someone’s home; in someone’s kitchen. What has been done here is absolutely incredible, from both a patron and employee perspective. (I don’t work here) This brings back both an industry and community/familial standard that no longer exists. The thrill of getting to know the menu upon arrival seemed fun, but then you quickly understood how perfectly precise everything was, and was intended to be. The execution of everything was SUPERB, complex flavor combinations that were hands down perfect. Until this moment I have only ever had one ULTIMATE restaurant to visit. Now I have two. You want to dine here.“
