Fabulous food each and every time! Chef Ken and his sous chef Ethan make amazing food. In addition to dinner, I also go to the past demon and wine dinners that are wonderful with great company as well.
I am so grateful I LOVE good food. Have you been to the Blue Moose Bistro in Brattleboro VT? If not, go visit this little gem. Homemade pastas and breads, personal service by the owner, delicious wines. 6 stars. Is that a thing or am I only allowed 5? 😍😍😍
Incredible, authentic, fresh Italian food! The staff is wonderful, friendly, and so accommodating. We’ve been a number of times and have been amazed every time. You must go!

Blue Moose Bistro is a cute little hole in the wall place in Brattleboro. The food is freshly made and PHENOMENAL. It is the best pasta in New England, hands down. Everything on the menu has been beyond expectations. The linguine carbonara and pappardelle are made from scratch, light, and sauced to perfection. The Italian wedding cake and lemon cake are divine. Chef Ken and his sous chef Ethan make amazing food. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, though service is not the fastest. Make reservations. It is the perfect date night spot. A must-visit for one of the best meals in the area.
