This place deserves all the stars! During the day it is a diner. At night, it turns into Saffron. An eclectic ethnic restaurant. Indian, Armenian, Arabic, etc. They put on black tableclothes, extended gold flatware setup, and wonderful music. The seating is in a restored railway dining car and is beautiful. The service was great and the food..... Soooo Good! If I didn't share my time in Canada and Virginia I would make this a regular spot!
The diner was so chilly that i had to wear my coat !
Outstanding. We stopped for breakfast. Had a very attentive server. Poached eggs were perfect, dropped onto one of the better Gluten Free toasts I have had. Excellent Home Fries, not greasy at all, nicely browned and spiced. Impressive Fruit Cup, very fresh and hand sliced.
