i literally ordered so last minute & they still accepted it and let me come down and get it which most places wouldn’t do. the lady who took my payment was so nice and i appreciate it sooo much and the food was bomb!!! highly recommend :)
My wife and I were in town on the 4th of July and not very many restaurants were open. I love trying Chinese food from different cities and saw that Asian Gourmet was open. I had my usual General Tso's chicken with chicken fried rice and my wife had broccoli with garlic sauce. The food was great, my general Tso's was flavorful and the fried rice had a great smokey taste to it. The duck sauce that was given to me for my vegetable roll was nice and gingery. I honestly had been wary due to the reviews, it had put me off trying Asian Gourmet for the better part of a year now. Today me and the wife decided to give it a shot.
I truly dont understand the negativity surrounding this place. We ordered 2 combination dinners along with Hot and Sour. The fried rice was good, egg roll was fine, nothing spectacular but not terrible either. General Tso was delicious, the hot and sour soup was better than both Pan Asian and Panda North.
