The kale and tofu dumplings were tasty! The veggie bun too. Everything was prepared freshly and quickly. The fillings are homemade and have great flavor. Very enjoyable vegan experience!
A very pleasant experience overall. My wife and I were on our way to Wilmington and had wanted to try Cai's Dim Sum for over a year now. We only get to the area 4-5 times per year and this time through we pulled in spur of the moment on a Sunday night 10 mins after they closed. Even though he started cleaning up, Adam didn't hesitate to offer to fire up the stoves and make us some dumplings and steamed buns while we walked around the art gallery! What an amazing experience! My family and I visited the gallery and learned about the powerful, humorous and moving art directly from Cai and Adam. While we were there, we also took advantage of the opportunity to order a delicious lunch of dumplings, spring rolls, buns and scallion pancakes. A terrific way to spend an afternoon in Brattleboro.
