“David has been brewing and perfecting his craft of masala chai since the early 2000’s, transplanting the tradition from his travels to India. My partner and I stumbled upon Mr. Puppovich while searching for things to do in Brattleboro on Maps. It was the perfect way to start our getaway! David warmly received us and welcomed us into his personal kitchen where he brewed the chai in front of us and thoroughly explained the process as he was doing it. We enjoyed pleasant conversation about our backgrounds and he knowledgably oriented us to the area, giving us recommendations on local hiking trails and other places of interest. It was easily the best $10 we spent on our visit to Brattleboro! If you are a tea aficionado and open to a little quirk and whimsy, I can’t recommend working Mr. Puppovich into your itinerary enough!“

“This food is so good! It's like an elevated vegetarian pub fare. They had trivia going and have music on other nights. Definitely worth checking out! I had the grilled cheese with local bread and cheese. And their roasted tomato soup special. Very classic and definitely kicking off fall food the right way! 10/10“

“There is nothing not to enjoy great service great product only one wish they would put one in Bennington. We desperately need a good bagel shop and café in Bennington. I feel like it’s a natural fit since the town is being revived a central location that would be convenient for everybody. Easy access for people who work with flexible hours. Hope to see you soon.“
