Fries were undercooked, burger burnt. Stood for 10 minutes before I got service, with no customers in drive thru, or lobby. No atmosphere. Dead music and everyone working has an attitude.

Lynn helped with my order and this is my first time being in this Burger King in Brattleboro. Being from the south, and moving to Vermont recently it’s been awhile since I had any amazing customer service. She didn’t make me feel any less than when I asked questions about the menu and as busy as it was getting they still got my food out Hot and fresh, so shout out to the crew in the kitchen! But Lynn sent me out with a few bags with handles to help hold my whole order including my drinks! I’m very big on the people more than I am about the food, it’s what makes my idea of a place more interesting and if i find myself back up here in Brattleboro I’ll definitely come back for lunch to sit down and look forward to enjoying that experience. Thank you for feeding my family tonight!

This burger King is terrible. Came a few weeks ago, staff member shouting and swearing at his team. Very uncomfortable border line threatening them punching the table etc etc. Sent in feedback marked to contact me no followup. Fast forward to today guys still there and my wife sees him smoking a blunt on our way in while storing a crack pipe in his car. Not a place I'd bring my kids.

Literally ordered ahead online, and rushed to pick up at the drive thru so we wouldn't arrive after they stopped serving breakfast. Pulled into the drive thru at 10:08am and waited about three minutes for anyone to address the car in front of us on the loud speaker. After another 2 minutes we made it to the speaker to pick up what I'd ordered on the BK App. I was told to pull forward to second window, and the vehicle in front of us got the food they'd ordered (breakfast was still being served on the drive thru menu when they ordered and I was at the speaker).
After the truck in front of me pulled away from the second window, I drove up. NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED US FOR ABOUT 7 MINUTES, EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE SEVERAL EMPLOYEES INSIDE AT THE COUNTER. Two female employees noticed us waiting but no one came to the window. Not sure what was going on inside but we had already ordered and paid online at 10:03am and the person in front of us who ordered and paid at the drive thru got their food ...
The parking lot wasn't packed. There wasn't a line behind us and there was no one in front of us. After about 15 minutes of waiting, one of the girls (who actually responded at the speaker when I said I was picking up an app order, finally comes to the window with our bag of food. She said she was sorry about the wait and asked if we needed condiments. I said no, wondering if our food would still be hot since it had been sitting for so long while employees went to the front register.
I paid for (2) Fully Loaded Biscuit Breakfast sandwiches, and a 2 for $5.00 sandwiches (one bacon croissant and one ham croissant). Plus a small hashbrown.
We left the bag closed until we got home after my husband peeked in as we left the parking lot and thought he saw everything underneath the napkins and tumbled hashbrown container. We came home, got inside, opened the bag in the kitchen, and there were only 3 sandwiches and a hashbrown in our bag.
IT'S A SHAME THAT A CUSTOMER WHO USES THE APP ALL THE TIME AND SPENDS MONEY THERE- PAYING PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, CANNOT GET WHAT THEY PAID FOR WITHOUT DOUBLE AND TRIPLE CHECKING THEIR BAG BEFORE THEY DRIVE AWAY. IF I HAD ORDERED AT THE WINDOW INSTEAD OF IN THE APP, IM NOT SURE ID EVEN HAVE GOTTEN NEAR WHAT I ORDERED. BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH IT'S ON THE SCREEN, NO ONE DECIDED TO PAY ATTENTION TO A CUSTOMER THAT PAID IN ADVANCE AND ORDERED AHEAD SO THAT THE ORDER WOULD BE CORRECT.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE TO GET HOME WITH LUKEWARM FOOD AND A MISSING ITEM.
As someone who has worked in the service industry, food service, retail and healthcare, I KNOW THAT WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER, YOU WON'T HAVE THAT JOB WHERE YOU'RE WORKING AT BK.
WHAT HAS EVEN HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? Every other visit, something is missing or made incorrectly. It isn't like anyone is rushing to hand us out food so maybe, slow down and take a moment to get it right.
It was just a sandwich, but I DID pay for it and should've gotten it! Ridiculous!

I have had reoccurring incidences with this Burger King. There are a certain couple of employees that are seriously unprofessional. Susan, one of the managers is the most unpleasant person to deal with. Today and drive-through, the drive-through person, Brooke and the manager or supervisor Susan, we’re talking bad about Past circumstances that I have had with this Burger King. Every single time I come here I am pleasant. I am polite. I know a lot of people in this town that have had problems with this supervisor Susan. Beyond unhappy with this establishment.

Burger King offers a solid fast-food experience. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit pleasant. Food is generally served quickly, so there’s not much waiting around. My only suggestion would be to clean the tables a bit more frequently.

Ordered a breakfast through the website, big mistake! They double ordered hash browns and coffee. The woman at the window was nice and put coffees in a large cup. Bill came to $13 which they refused to correct. I will never bother with Burger King again!
